Hey Ladies!! I made my first Yoni Steam last night.
All ingredients I had in my pantry:
1 tbsp Basil
1 tbsp Thyme
1 tbsp Parsley
1 tbsp Oregano
1 tbsp Rosemary
2 sticks of Cinnamon
1/4c Dried Rose Petals
Boil 6 to 8 cups of water and steep the herbs for 10 min. I used a crock pot to keep the water hot and steamed for 30 minutes. BE CAREFUL not to burn the Kitty 😻
Yoni Steams Benefits:
reducing menstrual symptoms, such as bloating, cramps, exhaustion, and heavy bleeding

boosting fertility

promoting healing after childbirth

reducing stress

treating hemorrhoids

increasing energy and reducing fatigue

treating headaches

🚫Do not do Yoni Steams if you are pregnant or during or after Ovulation if you are trying to get pregnant

Mastering Peace has been on my mind lately and @yogi_goddess has been a new inspiration for me (that's a picture of her by the way). I have to remember that Peace is within and that God is Peace. I can not get Peace from a person or place or thing. And nothing outside of me should be able to take my Peace away. I already have it and Prayer, Yoga, and Meditation reminds me of that. Recently I decided to try REIKI: "a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being."

At it again...
Many of my clients come in with shoulder and neck pain, mostly as a result of sitting at a desk all day, working on a computer. It's very important to not sit down for greater than 3 hours at a time. You should stand up, walk around and stretch at least every 45-60 minutes.
