After 5+ years, I can proudly say that I’ve closed the doors to DotLyfe Fitness for the last time.

Writing that still doesn’t feel real.

What started out as a vision turned into something much bigger than a gym. This place became a second home. A place where everyone laughed together, struggled together, celebrated wins together, and where I was fortunate enough to watch so many people become stronger physically and mentally.

I’ve watched young kids grow up in this gym. I’ve watched athletes develop and go on to accomplish things they once only talked about. I’ve watched people walk through these doors unsure of themselves and leave with confidence they didn’t know they had.

And somewhere along the way, clients became friends, and friends became family. I gave everything I had to this place.
The early mornings. The late nights. The 12, 14, sometimes 16-hour days. Opening the doors before the sun came up and still being there long after most people were home. Coaching, cleaning, training, answering messages, planning, fixing things, figuring things out as I went then waking up and doing it all over again.

There were a lot of sacrifices people never saw behind the scenes, but I wouldn’t trade these last 5+ years for anything.
I built something from the ground up that I’ll forever be proud of.

To every person who ever trained with me, trusted me with their child, referred somebody, shared a post, bought a membership, attended a camp, checked on me, supported an event, or simply believed in what I was building… thank you.

It’s been a great few years of memories, lessons, wins, losses, and experiences that I’ll carry with me forever.

One chapter closed. The next one begins.

Forever grateful. Forever DotLyfe. ❤️
