2026 vs 2024 (-60+lbs) ✨2 different bodies, 2 different mindsets. I’m very proud of them both for different reasons. 🫶🏽

2024 Me could bench press 200+ lbs, squat 300lbs & deadlift 385lbs. But could NOT do a pull up (Which, to me was always a dream goal!) + I was also STIFF as a BRICK.

2026 Me Can still lift moderately heavy, is more limber, and can do up to 5 pull ups (on a good day!)

Again, SO proud of BOTH of them.

But Let’s see if I can get back to lifting 70s though 👀
