Woman Crush Wednesday…

The series of me highlighting dope women in our community.

If they have a business, spreading positivity, expanding their content creation, making music, or just dope in general, I will be featuring them. The expectation is for us to be social again and start building community.

This week I am highlighting Dani aka @_splenda_

Dani is an inspiration, a philanthropist, a doer and motivator. She drops gems daily and inspires her community to show up for themselves.

She shows her shortcomings but also shows us how to get right back in track. There is no “wo is me” attitude.

As the creator of @splendapaysitforward and @100_daysofeffort she’s also building a community of givers/helpers/supporters.

@splendapaysitforward is an initiative that has given back to so many deserving people and it continues to grow because of the effort Dani has invested into its mission. @100_daysofeffort keeps us focused on short term goals that we want to achieve. #

If you want to dig deep within and grow, I encourage you to follow and be inspired by this amazing woman.

Today Splenda Pays It Forward turns 8. And I can VIVIDLY remember the day I called my best friend and said “hey, I have this idea, it sounds crazy BUT I HAVE to do it.” In the parking lot of my job, I recorded a video & shared my idea! A pay it forward initiative, aimed at helping others payoff debt collectively. At the time I was a single mom on my own debt payoff journey & realized that everything is easier when we do things together! When I woke up the next day, I had over 90 emails of interest. 🥹✨🫶🏽‼️. Over 90 people believed in my idea. And I launched Splenda Pays It Forward!

Over the past 8 years, grew as a community, have given away tens of thousands of dollars, all the while maintaining that core belief that giving doesn’t have to be heavy.

Over the years this community has helped to “Change the Narrative” and proved that $1 is all you need to make a HUGE difference. We’ve also saved thousands with #SavewithSplenda 💗

And like I did 8 years ago, I have something to add to the Splenda Pays It Forward umbrella. Stay Tuned for more Details! 🎉✨💗

THIS FOR THE MUVAS 🗣️
STRICTLY FOR THE MUVAS🗣️

@im_alicia_ threw such a beautiful event to celebrate women in motherhood. She’s MUVA to us all and her beautiful baby boy and nurtures to all those around her.
This event was full of joy, love, laughter, sisterhood, heart to hearts, line dancing, house music, shopping and hugs. This is just what I needed to let my hair down with likeminded women.
We also can’t forget my gworl @_splenda_ she’s just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. She always greets me with a hug and smile and pours into me. The theme for the night was to give ourselves GRACE… because we really them girls!!!!!
Shout out to all the moms! We wear so many hats and we are super hero’s. I love you 💋❤️
