Thinking about Rent-to-Rent? 👀🏠

Before you sign that agreement, ask yourself these 5 questions…

It’s not just about how much you can make , it’s about knowing the numbers, understanding the risks and having a plan when things don’t go to plan. 🔑

Save this one — you’ll thank yourself later. 💭

BEHIND THE SCENES OF BOSTIN STAYS 🏡🔨

It’s not always the pretty finished photos… 👀

Today has been a BUSY one! We’ve been getting all the staging items together, moving everything in, stripping wallpaper and getting the walls ready to be skimmed and transformed.

And amongst all the graft, we also got the property listing completed and ready to go live! 📲🏡 A-TEAM🧡🖤🔥

There’s always so much that happens behind the scenes before a property is ready for guests but with a great JV partner and a little help from others, we pulled it all together. 💪🏼

From bare walls ➡️ to another Bostin Stays accommodation…

The transformation starts NOW. 👀✨

Another one secured! 🔑🏡

We’re excited to announce that we’ve added another property to the Bostin Stays portfolio! 🚀

What started with one property has continued to grow, and we’re so proud of what we’re building together.

More properties.
More guests.
More opportunities.
And plenty more to come! 👀

This is what happens when you find the right business partner, work hard and keep taking action. 🤝

Guests have checked out… but the job doesn’t stop there 👀🏡

Before our cleaner arrives, we do a quick property walkthrough to check for any damage, missing items, maintenance issues or anything that needs attention.

It means we can deal with problems straight away and make sure the property is ready for the next guests.

Check → Clean → Reset → Ready 🔑✨

£30,000+ THROUGH THE BUSINESS ACCOUNT FROM ONE PROPERTY! 🏡💰

A little reminder that revenue and profit are two very different things.

Exhall House is one of our JV properties, and we’ve now had over £30K flow through the business bank account from this property.

But… profits aren’t the same every month.

This month we’ve made just over £1,600 profit after the property’s running costs.

Some months are stronger, some are quieter that’s the reality of running a serviced accommodation business.

I’m proud of how far we’ve come❤️🔥

3rd Quarter Leaders Meeting 🤝🏡

A brilliant day bringing all the leaders together at William House.

Networking, presentations, food, sharing knowledge and celebrating the work we do to support others on their property journey.

Proud to be part of a community where we give our time, knowledge and experience to help others grow in property completely unpaid and simply because we want to see people succeed. ❤️

Leadership isn’t just about what you achieve yourself… it’s about who you help along the way. 🏡✨
