I enjoyed writing as an escape when I was a young lady. I stopped after a traumatic event. A few months ago, I picked up my pen again. @enduring812

“Love in the Key of 90’s R&B” by ME!! I saw a clip of @nelly starting this song off singing to @ashanti and her picking it up and was inspired to write this piece. I miss seeing this type of love. #MsA #Poetry #SpokenWord #Poet #BlackPoet #90sLove #NobodysPen #BlackWoman #90sRnB #muslimpoet #blackmuslimpoet #LancasterArtVault by @_survivingwithwords

When I tell you that this dynamic duo killed it, I mean it!! They were invited back to perform a second time for the classic dance off. I could not be more proud of you two ( @sbv.dr and @kashhnxtdoor )! You grew as dancers, a duo, and besties. I love you both!! I am soooo looking forward to what is to come with you two. @chloeliz.official …from the bottom of my heart…thank you for trusting them to bring your vision to life. You are one helluva teacher! We love you!! To our @synergy_dance_complex family….thank you for every kind word, every time you yelled, and loved on them, and every time you showed up when you didn’t have to. We love you!! #MyBabiesKilledIt #SmokeyAndCraig #LookTooGood #YepImmaDanceMom by @_survivingwithwords

A season will come where you will have to be selfish and love on yourself a little more because too many forgot to…too many people were pulling you to water them at the expense of neglecting you. This is MINE!! by @_survivingwithwords

They said hype your kid up at home first, right?!? Well I have been hyping My Kidd up for 32 years now. I saw what you all see a long time ago. We bump heads, but the love remains clear. @sirdominiquejordan …be safe and have a blast this week and especially this weekend. I love you! 💛💜💛💜 by @_survivingwithwords

Ms A dropped some knowledge, personal truths, testimony, and real Tea ☕
So many can have too much to too little to say on this topic, but Ms A made sure she gave us just enough.

Thank you for your piece (& peace) Ms. A, @_survivingwithwords you always add a certain energy to the space, and it is much cherished.
