My beloved Nani, you lived with the grace of a princess and departed this world with the same dignity and beauty. I will always remember how the house would come alive whenever we visited, every little detail had to be perfect for your grandchildren.

Your eyes carried a warmth so pure, so unconditional, that simply being around you felt like comfort itself. Nani’s love is truly one of Allah’s greatest gifts to this world, a gentle refuge when life feels harsh and unforgiving. You were that refuge for us, our tiny cocoon of endless love and tenderness.

Svalbard is all things you would believe should not be humanly possible. Like staying in the northern most inhabited place on earth - the last stop before the North Pole. Riding a snow mobile at -25 degrees over a frozen river. Seeing absolutely no sunlight 24x7. Trying some seal and whale meat. Doing all of this while managing to move around under 4 layers of clothing with a permanently frozen nose. This has been an incredible experience! #svalbard #2025 taken in Svalbard,Norway by @_syd25_

Been a tennis nerd for as long as I can remember, but watching the current best player in person at the Centre Court in Wimbledon hit different. The history of the place, the silence before the serve, the sound of the ball - quite surreal. Felt like a kid in a candy store.

To Allah we belong and to him we shall return.
When I was in boarding school and you would come to drop me off, I would cry silently at night right next to you on the bed, conscious not to wake you up, asking you under my breath not to leave me alone and go away.
Those sacrifices you made and the decisions you took made me the person I am today. You were always tough on me, expecting the best and then some more, but deep down I always knew you were proud of me and everything I achieved. I will miss you Papa, we all will. May Allah grant you the highest place in jannah my beloved father. I will cry in silent whispers again, knowing that this time you won’t come back, atleast not in this duniya.
