A beautiful experience with this lovely people.
Like a dream is hard to remember 💭everything’s, every moutains, every jokes, every waterfalls, every rice paddy, every smiles, every kids, every cuties village… 🏞️✨🪷🌳🌲🦋

5 days of drivings Between mountain and village of northern Vietnam, a nice dream, never see something’s like this 🫶🏼✨

✨ Trek Everest Base Camp ✨

Un rêve devenu réalité 🐉🧚🏼‍♂️

Cela va bientôt faire 4 ans que mon âme a été appelée par l’Himalaya et ses nombreux treks, plus somptueux les uns que les autres.
Il m’a fallu 4 ans pour réussir à sortir de ma zone de confort, à sortir de mes peurs. 4 ans à me construire des épaules et une confiance en moi suffisamment grande pour pouvoir réussir ce trek jusqu’au bout..✨
Et j’ai réussi à aller jusqu’au bout et Putin quesque j’en suis fière, car ça n’a vraiment pas été une chose facile… sans Sherpa, sans Guide, juste mon corps, mon âme, mon esprit, mon sac de 12 kg.
Mais la puissance de l’amour et de la paix donnée par l’Himalaya est juste magique et m’a poussé à continuer. 🙏🏼🏔️

10 jours de souffrance, mais 10 jours de paix, de paix avec soi, d’osmose avec le vivant, de larme de joie et d’apaisement dans mon coeur.
Je pense que je n’ai jamais ressenti quelque chose de la sorte, d’aussi majestueux et aligné.

🏔️Un p’tit coup d’œil sur les stats🏔️

* Distance totale : 139 km
*   Dénivelé positif cumulé : ~6 600 m
*   Dénivelé négatif cumulé : ~6 600 m
*   Dénivelé total cumulé(positif + négatif): ~13 200m
* 11 jours au total (14 conseiller)
* Altitude max 5600m

Ah l’altitude, si seulement cela pouvait s’exprimer par des mots. 😵‍💫
À plus de 5000m d’altitude, notre organisme ne reçoit que 45% d’oxygène, comparé à la normale. Ce qui rend TOUT très compliqué ! Physiquement et mentalement , jamais eu a experimenter un tel effort ! Mais que c’est bon. ✨

🏔️ J’ai eu la chance de croiser la route de Yann (photo : 13 ) un viking Suédois de 50 ans avec qui j’ai partagé 3 jours inoubliables. Il m’a beaucoup aidé, poussé à avancer encore et encore pour finir avec le sourire. ✨

~~ Tellement de gratitude pour les enseignements et l’amour que j’ai reçu.

Le Yoga me suit depuis de nombreuses années, cette soif de connaissance m’a poussé à apprendre et à pratiquer chaque jour pour y trouver un équilibre dans ma vie.
Aujourd’hui, j’ai une joie immense à l’idée de vouloir et de pouvoir transmettre les savoirs qui entourent cette pratique.
Une nouvelle page s’ouvre à moi et c’est avec une grande humilité et une immense gratitude que je le partage ici~~

Un grand merci à l’Inde, au Kerala et à Shiva.
