Making memories that I will bring to all my life ❤️

Intense and beautiful last 2months living in Australia, Working and learning things that I never thought I would do it.

Surfing on contrast, from a place where I worked for the whole month of April where I felt completely disrespected and used to after spending this whole month of May on another where I felt completely loved, safe and happy. What it’s life without some obstacles 🤘🏽 ✨❤️

Feeling more and more grateful to everything that I have in life, specially for all the friends that are by my side all the time on this journey of life 🦋🍀❤️

Thank you Australia and see you very very soon, Hariboooool ❤️

No rush. No chaos. No excuses.

5AM club is not about waking up early.
It’s about waking up conscious.

Move slow.
Breathe deep.
Lock in.

Win the morning — win the day.

5AM Club.

I used to think Qigong was just a slow, mindful movement practice — a kind of meditative exercise.
But the deeper I go, the more I realize: that it’s not simply about movement.

It’s energy work 🌬

It’s about learning how to feel again — to sense the life force that moves through water, rock, forest… and through me 😌 which adds this deeper dynamic when I'm engaging with nature ❤️

Rooted in that moment, under this powerful waterfall, I wasn't just standing beneath falling water —
I was absorbing life 🙌🏽

Calling in Qi from the ground beneath my feet, the cascade above my head, and the loud stillness of the forest around me.

Letting my body become a vessel.
Letting my breath carry the energy in.
Letting nature remind me that I am nature 🌳

This is Qigong 🙏🏼
