It’s been a minute since I’ve shown my face around here, so I wanted to reintroduce myself to y’all!

I’m Ashley: a burrito-loving, brontosaurus-admiring Aries who’s been in the hair game for 14 years (and counting). When I’m not sharing my hair knowledge as an evo North American educator, you’ll find me behind the chair perfecting redheads, dimensional brunettes, and short haircuts—my specialty! I’m a new mom to my little boy Westley, and a long time dog mom to my supermutt Dexter. I hadn’t seen her since APRIL! And honestly, her grow out was super soft and lived in, but it was time to go a bit darker and richer for fall.

I love hair that allows you to wear it for a season (or two) without NEEDING to hit the salon again. This look works because it works with her natural color and mimics how her hair naturally lightens in the sun, allowing her to go WAY longer between appointments.

September was FULL!

I started out the month returning from a family road trip to Southern California, and then quickly left again for a trip to Palm Springs with my @cultivationhair crew! We had a blast learning from SO many talented educators and making tons of memories together. And I got to round out the month with the team at Rio Rose herding out about all things @evopro Hueverse.

In between all of the travel and education madness, I got to see so many of your gorgeous faces in my chair AND spend some quality time with family.

What more could a girl ask for?

She was ALMOST a color correction! But through clever use of product and leaning on my color theory knowledge we turned her into a lived in platinum blonde instead 🤩

PLOT TWIST - This curly haircut took 1.5 hours, but it’s worth every minute 🤩

We transformed Daniel’s shape with this rock ‘n’ roll shaggy shape and brought his curls to life! Along with a new haircut, he went home with tons of knowledge about how to care for his curls at home. Shoutout to @evopro curl for giving Daniel’s hair new life! 🙌🏻

Guess what?? I’ve got something new up my sleeve! It’s a new system from Calecim to support my client’s in their hair growth journeys.

Adding it to your routine couldn’t be more simple, there’s just four steps: Prep. Balance. Reinforce. Feed.

POV: a work trip that feels suspiciously like a vacation 🌵🦩

I always return from these education weekends feeling inspired, energized, and so grateful to be part of this amazing industry. I love embracing warm brunettes and coppers for fall and this color is the best of both! I utilized @evopro Hueverse highlift and demi color for longevity and a beautiful soft grow out 🧡

Copper Highlight: equal parts 8.4 + 8.34 + 12.0 + 30vol
Brunette Base: 6.84 + clear + 6.5vol cream
All over top coat: 7.44 + copper intensifier + clear + 6.5vol
