Dubai Pro 🇦🇪 — 40 of the best in the world, $50,000 on the line, and I placed 8th.

People told me, “Be strategic, pick an easier show to qualify”

But I’m not here to take shortcuts.

I’m here to stand next to the best — to be measured by the highest standard.

This wasn’t just any show.

This was the biggest lineups of the year, and I came to prove I belong on that stage.

No excuses. No playing it safe. Only growth.

I’d rather fight with the lions than be king of a backyard.

Best believe next time on stage I’m fvcking $h!t up 🆙

3rd place out of 20+ athletes.

2nd pro show.

Placed higher than Olympians… and still not satisfied.

I wanted the win.

I came for the win.

But I’m walking away proud, because the level-up from my last show is undeniable.

That’s what this game is really about: relentless improvement.

This is bodybuilding.

Sometimes the outcome doesn’t match the effort.

But I don’t fold I evolve.

This sport sharpens me mentally, physically, and in every other area of my life.

No disappointment here. Just hunger.

Dubai in 2 weeks.

Italy, my hometown—in 3.

I’m locked in.

Big thanks to my sponsors @ruleoneproteins_au @globalnutritionaustralia couldn’t have done it without you.

To @visionattireau for the show shorts—you made sure I looked sharp bro.

To my coach @flexcoach_dean you gave me the terminator look, and I showed up like it.

And to everyone who reached out—thank you for the love.

I’m not done. Just getting started.

I used to chase a version of life I thought I was supposed to want.

When I stopped expecting and started appreciating what the work was actually building, everything changed.

The body. The mindset. The life.

This is what showing up every day looks like.

Not just in the gym. In everything.

Be grateful for where you are while you build where you’re going.

First week of October.

Same shit.
Same meals.
Same training.
Same cardio.
Same posing.

Over and over again.

Because the goal hasn’t changed.

The big stage is coming.
We just keep doing the work until we get there.

No excuses. No shortcuts.
Just repetition.

You must take personal responsibiity.

You cannot change the circumstances, the seasons, or the wind, but you can change yourself.

That is something you have charge of.

5 weeks out.

The early mornings, the cardio, the training, the posing… one day at a time, doing the work and keeping my head up.

And I’m grateful I don’t have to go through this process alone.

Thank you for being there through the early mornings, the long days, the good days and the difficult ones. For your patience, your support, and for simply being there when I needed it.

I appreciate you more than you know. ❤️

5 weeks to go.
One day at a time.
See you on that stage. 🖤 taken in Spain by @_theblackterminator_
