Working on my energy is a full time responsibility.

It requires saying YES to things that resonate WITH and For my highest good and NO to things that intrude on my boundaries.

It requires constantly being mindful of what I’m taking in mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually and leaving what is not conducive to that effort.

It requires knowing who, what, when, where and why… while also being open for the pivot if necessary.
