✨ Struggling to stay motivated? Here’s the truth: motivation doesn’t just appear - you create it!
Your energy flows where your focus goes. 💫

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Sometimes the hardest part of change isn’t knowing that something needs to change.

It’s knowing what comes next.

Maybe you’ve outgrown a version of your life that once made sense. Maybe you’re carrying decisions you haven’t been able to make. Maybe you know you’re ready for something different—but you haven’t been able to get clear enough to name it yet.

You don’t have to have the whole next chapter figured out.

You just need somewhere to begin.

The Next Chapter Method™ was created to provide structured guidance for that space between “this isn’t working anymore” and “I know where I’m going next.”

Start with RESET.

Goddess energy always, but this Halloween I channeled Yemaya, Goddess of the sea, motherhood, and all creation. 🌊💙🦀

Our theme was Black Goddesses and Warriors, and it was so much fun making our own costumes and seeing how each of us brought it to life. Everywhere we went, people kept asking, “What’s the occasion?” We reminded them “We are the occasion!” - and it’s Halloween duh!

A Warrior Goddess is who I am so I decided to pop out on ‘em’ fr … what’s the occasion they asked… I am❣️

Float into fall, my 41st birthday celebration. This year I wanted something softer. That’s exactly what this birthday gave me. Softness. Every moment has felt easy, light, and full of love. Grateful for the birthday celebrations so far.
