This summer, I had the incredible opportunity to intern with Staging Solutions LLC, and I can honestly say it changed the way I see design forever. Shadowing Erica Martin one of the top interior design real estate stagers in the Baltimore area . Watching her walk into an empty room and see its full potential before a single piece of furniture was placed? Pure magic.

Huge thanks also to my manager, Lynnette, whose guidance and patience made this experience one I’ll carry with me for years to come.

I learned how much strategy, psychology, and storytelling goes into staging a space so a buyer can picture their whole life there. It pushed me out of my comfort zone more times than I can count, and every challenge reshaped how I think about spaces, flow, and intention.
I’m walking away with a completely new lens on design — and I’m so grateful for it. 🤍
