This summer, I had the incredible opportunity to intern with Staging Solutions LLC, and I can honestly say it changed the way I see design forever. Shadowing Erica Martin one of the top interior design real estate stagers in the Baltimore area . Watching her walk into an empty room and see its full potential before a single piece of furniture was placed? Pure magic. Huge thanks also to my manager, Lynnette, whose guidance and patience made this experience one I’ll carry with me for years to come. I learned how much strategy, psychology, and storytelling goes into staging a space so a buyer can picture their whole life there. It pushed me out of my comfort zone more times than I can count, and every challenge reshaped how I think about spaces, flow, and intention. I’m walking away with a completely new lens on design — and I’m so grateful for it. 🤍 More photos coming soon — stay tuned! 📸 #stagingsolutionsllc #interiordesign #realestatestaging #internshipdiaries #designjourney

Vendor Wednesday | The Prep Rally Some partnerships are business. Some become family. Today I’m highlighting someone very special to the Staging Solutions community @_thepreprally The Prep Rally. Many of you have experienced her work at our broker opens, Interactions events, and even some of our most private client gatherings. What you may not know is the story behind it. Nearly three summers ago I randomly posted that I was looking for an intern. She showed up with talent, heart, and an undeniable passion for food. Since then, she has grown alongside this company in the most beautiful way. Today she serves as our Chief Creative Officer and the incredible chef behind The Prep Rally, creating unforgettable culinary experiences for our clients and events. Her food is one of those rare things you can actually feel. You can taste the passion in it. Watching someone step into their gifts and truly bloom is one of the most rewarding parts of building a business. And because of incredible people like her, I’ve been able to step more fully into my role as CEO. So today’s Vendor Wednesday is more than a recommendation. It’s a celebration. 🎉🥳🍾 If you’ve attended an Interactions event or one of our broker opens, chances are you’ve already tasted her magic. Trust me… you’ll remember it. #VendorWednesday #ThePrepRally #StagingSolutions #LuxuryExperiences #BaltimoreEvents

Attending the exclusive Penthouse Interactions Event hosted by @staging_solutions2 was absolutely immaculate! Networking is always key! You never want to be the most successful person in the room, because that’s when growth stops. Surround yourself with people you can learn from. 💎 My Extra Erica, you killed the staging as always. (Extrodinary indeed) 👩🏽‍🍳 The one and only Chef, @_thepreprally  made sure the bites were nothing short of exquisite. 🌬️ John, you are truly a breath of fresh air and I'd return 1k times to be in your space. 💪🏾 And @kennyhugh, thank you for being the best escort and logistics manager one could ask for. 🥰 This event was nothing short of amazing! If you’re looking to have your home professionally staged, sold, or simply refreshed, you’ve found the right crew. #Interactions #alittlemooreclean #stagingsolutions #Networking
