We started this club to create the kind of community we wish existed when we first got into running - a space for people who never quite felt like they “fit” in the traditional running scene.

No pressure, no judgement, just a genuinely welcoming environment where everyone can show up as they are.

No matter your pace, experience, or background. Just people coming together.

1 Year Anniversary 🎂

Honestly… I don’t really know what to say.

Somehow it’s been a whole year since we started this little run club, and looking back at these photos, I’m feeling pretty emotional about it all 🥹

What started as a few people getting together for a run has grown into something I genuinely never could have imagined. A whole year of runs, socials, new mates, familiar faces and more memories than I could have ever expected.

I think that’s the bit that gets me most - seeing how much has happened in just 12 months, and how many of you have become part of it along the way.

So we’ve gone back through the last year and picked out some of our favourite moments from every month. From that very first run to where we are now… it’s pretty mad to look back at.

And to everyone who has been part of it, I really do mean it when I say thank you. Thank you for showing up, for coming back, for bringing your friends, for chatting to someone new, for getting involved in the socials, for cheering each other on, and for making Together We Run feel like what it is.

Some of you I’ve seen almost every run, and some of you I’ve only met once - but I genuinely remember so many of you and the little moments that have made this year so special.

I started this thinking it would be nice to get a few people together for a run. I never imagined I’d look back a year later and feel this proud, this grateful, or this emotional about something we’ve built together.

A huge congratulations to all of our runners who took part this year!

We had PBs, money raised for selected charities, volunteers, and so many proud moments to celebrate 🥳👏🏼

Such a special day for the club watching so many of you go out and absolutely smash it!

Together We Run turns 1 🎂

Somehow it’s been a whole year since we started this little run club, i’m sorry but that is WILD!

What began as a few people getting together for a run has grown into such a great community, and I’m really grateful to everyone who’s been part of it along the way - whether you’ve been joining on every run/social or have only joined us once 🫶🏻

To celebrate, we’re doing a @cardiffhalf shakeout run and then finishing at the @thecorpcanton for some drinks and food afterwards if you fancy? 🍾
