I had intended on painting rocks with Gabriella as part of her celebrating her birthday but ended up having a go at wrapping rocks instead. I enjoyed it! And I don’t hate them by @_tracey_e

Join Tracey for a deep relaxation workshop. The workshop will begin with around 20 minutes of gentle movement and then a few moments will be set aside to come up with your specific intention/goal setting. Participants will then set up “cozy nests” which will be used for an extended period of time in savasana. During that time a guided nidra session and sound bath will be enjoyed. Various metal and crystal singing bowls, panda/tongue drum and a few other instruments will be used. The practice of yoga nidra is used to guide participants into a state of deep relaxation while still remaining conscious. It is like a salve to our often overstimulated central nervous system, and is considered a full system of yoga to assist you in connecting with inner peace and improving sleep. Some use it routinely to improve creativity and productivity as well. Come experience the benefits for yourself.

Using the science of calm to ground, breathe, move and mindfully regulate our nervous system, we’ll work with tools to release body tension and a few old patterns.
We’ll use balls, guided meditation, movements, sound and some hands on activities with the goal of leaving feeling more resilient, resourced and relaxed..
