I saw a reel a few days back about this yatra, and thought "Wow I can get really good shots for my 2025 calendar let's go". Who knew I would end up experiencing & loving so much more.

Our small Indian villages are preserving these cultures and traditions even in modern times. Safekeeping the true meaning of India. I hope we all become more aware and curious about as many unique festivals and traditions around us as. I went there calling this a 'yellow festival' but came back calling it 'Birdev Yatra of Pattan Kodoli'. That's the difference.

These mountains mean a lot to me.
Some people see 'just' mountains.
But some of us need to escape.
Attach our own meanings.
Eventually that's what life boils down to,
how you see it.

After 3 years of waiting, I finally explored the Dolomites. A huge thank you to @darth_ulvyn for this.

I was stressed, overwhelmed, in disbelief and grateful all at the same time. And I feel that is how it had to happen.

I tried addressing parts of - the nature of our dreams, its purpose, our conscience and the different divides happening due to various reasons, everywhere.

Even me, I'm figuring out this life, understanding different aspects and levels of it, observing them, witnessing them, sometimes being a part of it and making my own experiences.

There's no conclusion here, I can't, it's just a part of the bigger discussion.

Also added a very personal part of my journey, a personal story which is taking its shape as every second passes. It's inevitable at this point seeing my own obsession with it.

Hope you like this small piece of content.
Shot during my hike from Beroun to Karlštejn castle (Yes the Rockstar one, which you see in the very last shot). It was fun. Walking randomly is fun.

BELONGING: A 35.5km Walk.

How do you map the feeling of being a stranger?

For months, Prague overwhelmed me. To truly understand it, I realized I had to stop riding through it and start walking.

The trams here — they were the primary mode of transport for me and also the only way I experienced most of the Prague. So I decided to trace its flow physically, walking the terminal ends of Tram Lines 16 and 17 from the residential North to the highway outskirts of the South.

This 5.5-meter accordion book records that 35.5km journey. ❄️ Swipe to Slide 2 to hear the walk.

My camera was reactive. I photographed intuitively—often without composing—whenever I felt an internal shift: a moment of warmth, loneliness, or recognition. To make the city legible, I needed to capture the feeling before it slipped away.

I relied on Google Maps to orient myself and Voice Recordings to capture my thoughts in real-time. The words you see written above/below the photographs are fragments of those recordings—distilled memories anchored to the coordinates.

Presented as a continuous 5.5-meter leporello (accordion). I chose this format to avoid breaking the journey into arbitrary chapters. The images flow into one another, just as they do in memory.

Behind the Blood

The procession has run through Bruges every Ascension Day since 1304. It is grand, and very much alive.
Behind the Blood doesn't photograph the grandeur. It photographs what exists alongside it. The dog unbothered in front of the Roman soldiers. The dignitary waving ceremoniously outside a chocolate shop. Jesus, mid-procession, having his wounds retouched.
These moments are funny. They are also completely real. And it is precisely that — the humour, the ordinariness, the humanity quietly coexisting with 700 years of tradition — that makes the procession more memorable. by @_tramupholic_

My very first zine project born out of a very personal archive 'Shri Birdev Yatra' and the open source photographic archive @fortepan

I was highly engaged throughout the whole process as it was quite a challenge for me to create a dialogue between two completely unrelated archives. Plus the physical contribution of printing and binding it was fun.

And yes, our humble launch at the @teleport.je was really cute where each one of us explained the ideas behind our zines/books which were so different and unique coming from one common archive as an anchor. Everyone around me is really talented 🤝

'ELEMENTAL', is a photo installation for my klauzury work which was presented in the @galerieamu , Prague.

This artwork challenges the idea of a Nature-Culture divide, emphasizing our historical harmony with nature through cultural practices. Rather than controlling or separating from it, humanity always collaborated with the natural world—through rituals, traditions, and daily life. But today’s disconnect, leads to environmental consequences. Thus, this piece calls for a return to that integrated relationship, where nature is not apart from us, but a vital part of who we are.

It was my very first installation in a gallery ever, where I had a chance to interact and explain my artwork to such a diverse audience. Only gratitude.
