POV: Your trainer starts sending invoices for all the “extra services.” 😂💸

Lucky for you… celebrating every little win and cheering you on will always be free. ❤️

Tag your trainer (or your favorite workout buddy) who would definitely charge for emotional support during burpees. 🤣💪

Another birthday.
Another year of growth, lessons, love… and somehow, still finding my way back to the same person. 🤍

3 birthdays with you already.
Through every version of me somehow it’s still been you.

31 feels different this year… softer, happier, more loved. ✨

When your son asks you to do push-ups with him after you JUST trained full body last night AND hit the gym again 2 hours ago😭😂

Sir, this is ROUND 3 for me, but who’s counting?! 🫠

I love that he’s starting to find joy in fitness all on his own. Little does he know, these are the moments I’ll cherish forever🥹❤️

They warned you about the sirens… 🌊🧜🏻‍♀️

But you followed the song anyway. 😈

My first NYCC and my first siren transformation! 🖤✨

Consider this the trial run because apparently procrastinating until the last minute is mine and @soomsoom1111 ‘s specialty😅😭😂

We had a vision, limited time, and a whole lot of improvising… but just WAIT.

Halloween will be our FINAL FORM 🧜🏻‍♀️🔥

POV: You’re supposed to be luring men to their deaths, but you can’t even use the bathroom in peace 🧜‍♀️💀😭

Nobody warned us about THIS part of cosplay 🤣

First Comic Con and we’re already making memories💀🫶🏻✨

First time at NYCC and already looking for my next victim. 🧜🏻‍♀️🌊😈

Unfortunately, the convention was full of superheroes. Made my job a little difficult. 🙄🤣

10/10 would lure again.

Saturday mornings just hit DIFFERENT with this crew! 🚴🏻‍♀️🔥

A little sneak peek at how we finish our Saturdays together! High energy, good music, lots of sweat, and even better people. 🥹❤️

Today was extra special because we got to celebrate Vanessa’s birthday AND welcome her to her first spin class with me!! 🥳🎂 So happy I got to be part of her birthday celebration, and hopefully the first of many Saturday rides together! 🫶🏼

So grateful for this Saturday crew and the energy they bring every single week. Y’all make waking up early on a Saturday SO worth it! ❤️

A little pink, a little pump & a whole lot of minding my business 💗💪🏼

Yesterday morning’s therapy session consisted of lifting heavy, questionable facial expressions, a little gym chaos 😂 and leaving stronger than I walked in.

Not every workout has to be perfect. Just show up, put in the work & have fun with it. 🫶🏼✨

Yesterday was one of those days that reminded me how special community really is🥹🤍

My girl Effie wanted to celebrate her birthday a little differently this year with a private Pilates experience, and I immediately thought of Michelle from work. I’m SO glad I connected them because yesterday turned into something so beautiful🥹🫶🏻

All of these amazing women came together at Kolbrina for 45 minutes of Pilates, followed by breathwork and the most relaxing sound bath. 😭✨

Then we stayed, had champagne + bagels, talked, laughed, pulled tarot cards and just enjoyed being together.

No rushing.
No pressure.
Just movement, relaxation, good energy and really beautiful women in one room🤍

This is your sign that birthdays don’t always have to look the same. Sometimes celebrating yourself looks like moving your body, slowing down, connecting and leaving feeling better than when you walked in.

Happy birthday again, Effie😍🥂🤍 So grateful we got to celebrate you like this!!
