Hiked the most insane trail and got to tick off a long desired bucket list moment 😮‍💨
Never been so exhausted, excited, underprepared, awestruck and sunburned(who knew that would happen in Norway).
Mrs Hulston’s curry chicken wrap lunch was the highlight- goddaaamn they were good and in the most scenic spot, the glacier lake swims after reaching the top took second place.
Thank you team for a fantastic day 🇳🇴 taken in Trolltunga, Hordaland, Norway by @_uni_c_

New routines I am focusing on lately:
1. Meditating once a day for at least 15 minutes. Ideally both morning and afternoon
2. Sitting in quiet. I listen to this really good episode on Bay FM where the host was explaining how she’s doing a cleanse in sounds and impressions, and letting the mind be in quiet to eventually let your inner voice be heard.
And she explained- no radio or music to fill the quiet gaps throughout the day, no asking for advice and rather doing what you think and let your intuition guide you, focus on listen to everyone and everything around you rather than putting your perspective and opinion out in conversations.
3. Walk more throughout the day or go for a run. I used to love running and I never do it anymore. I forget to take a moment to just go for a short walk wherever I can throughout the day – when I wake up, on my lunch break, when I get home from work or after dinner. by @_uni_c_

Current life goal: touch soil and see as many colours as possible.

I don’t know about you, but I still feel the year of the Snake dragging on. Shedding, shedding, shedding.
I feel this urge of letting go, feeling deeper and clearing my path.
It feels both incredible and really tough but isn’t that growing. You get growing pains?
It is almost like it is bittersweet but I welcome it. taken in Byron Bay, New South Wales by @_uni_c_
