We don't all hear things the same way. The same sentence can land completely differently depending on who's listening, what's happening around them, and what they bring into the conversation.

So sometimes the solution isn't explaining yourself louder.

It's explaining yourself differently.

Because being understood > being technically correct.

Maybe you’re not lacking ambition.
Maybe your ambition just stops at the edge of what feels familiar.

It’s easy to dream within the limits of what you’ve already seen people around you achieve. A bigger job. A slightly better business. A life that’s impressive… but still believable.
