Introducing my new face cupping workshop which will be held at @aweetasteofedinburgh on Wednesday 29th of April, 6.30pm, £35 inc wine on arrival.

Coming to St Andrews!-my roll & release and face yoga workshops are running on Sunday 9th November at The Malt Barn in St Andrews.
Half the spaces are booked already so if you’d like to try myofascial release, getting deep in to the muscles to improve mobility and release any aches and pains then book your place now.
