POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

What a gorgeous weekend spent teaching all the things I’m obsessed with - gua sha, facial wellness, and watching people fall in love with ancient rituals and their own faces again.

These weekends honestly light me up. Everyone arrives at totally different starting points, and then suddenly you’re all there, glowing, confident, and realising there are so many ways to look and feel your best by working from the inside out.

The self‑love, the breakthroughs, the “ ohhh look at my eyebrows moments - I live for it!

And the conversations… my goodness. We start with lymphatic drainage and somehow end up discussing life purpose, childhood stories, and donkeys dentist appointments 🫏- true story.

Absolute chaos. Absolute joy.

Thank you for trusting me with your learning, your faces, and your energy. I can’t wait to see where this takes you next - and I’ll be cheering you on the whole way.

And I’m sorry I got zero pics of us yet one of the cat outside 😂- I just got so caught up in the moment!

Thank you to @cat_cow_and_co for use of the beautiful space 🥰

I found this gorgeous venue a couple of years ago, but it took me some time to figure out the perfect event for this space and how to make it work… I think I did it.

My retreats are a space to switch off and enjoy time just for you.

It’s not just about the yoga, it’s about good company, trying new things, and letting yourself be taken care of for a whole day.

They’re for real people with busy lives.

People who spend most of their time looking after everyone else.

And they’re not just about relaxing, although there’s plenty of that.

They’re about learning, connecting, and leaving with something more than that lovely, floaty feeling.

Before this event, I had told myself I was stepping away from running retreats for a while. Too many balls to juggle.

But by the end of the day, my head was full of ideas for more.

So maybe that says it all.

What do you think? Would you like to join me here on a retreat?

Comment on this post if you’d like to make it happen 💖
