🎤✨ This is À La Loop - and this is what happens when the crowd becomes the main act. Experimentally 🫶

We sample voices, sounds, laughs - and build music together, live and in the moment. No show is the same twice. It’s co-creation, celebration, and rhythm from the ground up.

Thank you Vidamor for the vibes 💛

🌿 Our Greece Ecovillage Tour has officially begun.

Our first days have brought us into the mountain region in the northern Peloponnese, where our group is beginning the journey with Liveloula and ReGreen.

We’re seeing firsthand what regeneration can look like on the ground: restoring soil, creating food forests, working thoughtfully with water, growing food, and exploring ways of living that bring people into closer relationship with the land and one another.

Our Ecovillage Tours are about meeting the people within the communities, asking questions, sharing meals, listening to their stories, and experiencing these places in a way that simply isn’t possible from afar.

A huge thank you to Liveloula and ReGreen for welcoming our group and sharing your work, knowledge, and home with us. 💚

And this is only the beginning.

We’ll be sharing more from Greece as the journey unfolds. Follow along all week!

What are you most curious to see? Let us know in the comments. 🌿 by @a.la.mike

השיר מדבר על שקט;

Regeneration is taking root across Greece. ✨

This is a celebration of the people, communities, and initiatives working every day to regenerate landscapes, strengthen local food systems, revive traditional knowledge, and build resilient communities.

This September, we'll have the privilege of visiting these inspiring communities, learning directly from the people bringing these projects to life.

There's still time to join us if you'd like to experience this journey for yourself. Comment GREECE for more info 💚

We're premiering a Greece Ecovillage Tour!! 🌱⛰️

Since 2021, Greece and its ecoprojects have been a second home to me. It's where I met some really important people in my life. It's where I have learned so much about agroecology, regenerative agriculture and food systems, off grid living. It led me to discover ecoprojects in Portugal too and all over Europe and beyond, as well as @ecoversities . It's where I became vegan thanks to @inspiragreece . And the @southernlightsp is where I wrote my accepted PhD project that will define my life until 2029! I owe so much to this heartful eco-network 🕸️

For the first time ever, @a.la.mike and i will bring a group of like-minded curious people to tour between some of mainland Greece's ecoprojects, some that we haven't visited yet ourselves, such as @cob_gr . We are beyond excited to have this opportunity to share our love for these people, this land, and to offer back through regenerative tourism - big thank you to @ecovillagetours for accepting our proposal and giving us the platform and resources to make this happen!

I'm offering a discount for joining the tour if you use the code RURALCAT 🌻 and there is also option of requesting a scholarship if you need it in order to join us 🤍

שיר שנכתב סביב השקט יחד עם @a.la.mike בסטודיו של @a.la.one כשדיברנו על היופי שיש בשקט ועל המתח והציפייה שהוא יוצר בין התווים. taken in מועדון הג'אז מצפה רמון - Mitzpe Ramon Jazz Club by @a.la.mike

Halfway through our Portugal Ecovillage Tour and already so much to take in 🌿✨

Deep gratitude to the communities who have welcomed us over these first days... opening their spaces, sharing meals, and inviting us into daily life and work.

From naming a chicken “Eco” on our first day 🐓at Quinta das Cazadoras to sunset yoga in warm light, with animals quietly joining in, there’s been a feeling of ease, joy, and connection from the very beginning.

At Lugar de Pedra Alta, a long breakfast in an old house surrounded by ancient trees led to moments of appreciation for the land 🌳 Some of us paused to give thanks to Mother Earth, while others carried that feeling into the day’s work.

At Veredas da Estrela, we got our hands in the soil — digging out an old buried water tank and creating a path for spring water to flow. Simple, practical work that deepened our connection to the place and the people who care for it 💧

There’s been space for so much... shared circles, meaningful conversations, singing, learning, quiet moments, and even a few bold river jumps 🌊

Thank you to the communities and people who have held us so generously.

Follow along our stories and posts as the journey continues 🌿
