Happy National Coaches Day‼️

Whether it’s the bond from Parents coaching their child or just wanting to give back to the community. Your time, your words, and your attendance matters.

🎬 BEAR WITNESS: A TURNER STORY
EPISODE ONE - [Before They See Us.]

Twenty years doesn’t fit on a scoreboard.

The setbacks. The sacrifices. The prayers nobody heard. The discipline to keep showing up when the results gave you every reason not to.

Let these young men know, your already role-models. The next gen is watching you! Learn game, give game. 🏁 by @a.lane15

Before basketball, there are young men who need to know that they are seen, valued, and capable of becoming something great. That is the real responsibility of coaching.

The world will try to influence our kids early. The streets will offer them identity, acceptance, and direction if we don’t reach them first. Every practice, every huddle, every hard conversation, and every word of encouragement matters.

We have to speak life into them.
