Week 3 @ The Underpass was so fun and full of unexpected surprises 😍 my friend that I met without both of our phones on us, ended up coming!! I knew we would run into each other again if it was meant to be :) that’s how that works ok??? And bringing his flute and drum! R u kidding!! And Mark the Holocaust baby showed up at the end and dropped some deep ahh shii on us!! BLESSED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!! It was my girls bday! New friends came, old friends came… birds sang…. The football guy wasn’t blasting his games the whole time 😂 peace on earth LFG

Yes, what is happening in the world all across the globe is a direct reflection of what has been happening to all of us internally for longer than we know.

Yes, what is happening in Mother Nature is a direct reflection of how we treat our own personal temples and time.

Yes, we have all played the villain to some extent.

Yes, we do have time to play the heroes, even if we don’t live to see the fruit.

No, I will not elaborate further🦋

SUNDAY SOUNDS AT THE UNDERPASS

What started as me singing my lungs out during my walks in an underpass has turned into me bringing my sound bowls to that underpass and vibing out and journaling… then I met another guy doing the same thing with his friggin FLUTE 😂😍 like okayyyy great minds think alike af 😂Which is now leading me to invite all of you to join me 😇

So here we go 🙂‍↕️ This Sunday 9-10am (and every Sunday after hopefully) I will be hosting a lil community gathering at the underpass.

Dm me for more info if you’re interested in coming or if you need more info on where to find me :)

My intention with all of this is to create a little blip in the matrix for all of us to come and do something different and disconnect and reflect and receive. A lot of cool ideas and realizations have come to me during these sessions and I hope that happens for you as well! The world is loud, so this is a time for peaceful stillness in a location many of us don’t think to spend time in. come stop by, get a coffee or some breakfast near by, lay in the grass or do some Qigong under a tree friend, make eye contact and smile to people passing thru.. we are more connected than “they” want us to know :)

One last thing! (For now) I want to eventually turn this into a donation drop off type spot as well. Im thinking reusable water bottles, blankets, toiletries, feminine products, baby products, etc… anything that could help a fellow human dealing with a difficult time. Any suggestions on that I am all ears! 🌹

Ok so running is a new activity for me and it’s pretty chilllllll!!! I had asthma as a kid so I told myself I couldn’t run. Then ppl said don’t run it’ll make your butt shrink or too skinny. Then a mf motorcycle accident crushed my left leg and all I wanted to do was run and dance. Isn’t that funny? You dont want what you CAN have until you “can’t” sometimes… the human experience is hilarious.

So I guess I run now… It’s very good at getting me out of my head. Lissy Gump if you will. but idk if I’ll ever show anyone me in the act bc I like to raw dog my runs no headphones no phone on my body no running app just vibes. That way I can connect w the trees more. They get excited everytime they see me and vice versa. All of this to say “Get to know your neighborhood trees.”🌳 💚
