When’s the last time you honestly paused and asked yourself what you needed, then acted on that? For many of us the issue isn’t that we don’t know what to do, the problem is that we do know what to do but we don’t do it.

This is where support comes in, when you can’t get yourself to do it those around you are there to encourage you. Wherever you are right now in the month, it’s important that you pause and recenter yourself. Place yourself in environments that will support that for you, if you need a place to go then join us this week.

Starting tonight we have the community meditation starting at 6pm, Men’s Reset Circle Wednesday and Luminous Reset w/ Alyssa Saturday. You don’t have to be completely overwhelmed or depleted to decide now is the time to receive, give your body the support it needs before you reach that state.

See you tonight 🧘🏾‍♂️

This month is when motion starts picking up and if we’re not mindful, this is the time when burnout will start to creep in. So in order to avoid that and set ourselves up for success, this month we’re focused on Grounding the Momentum.

This is how it happens: While some of us may feel like life is moving, expanding, and asking more of us despite what’s already on our plate — we show up to the best of our ability, without losing ourselves in the process. That’s grounding the momentum.

This month our events are centered around staying clear, connected, and supported while life keeps moving.

This month we’re offering:

✨ Journey with the Dragons — July 13
✨ Light Language & Reiki — July 18 w/ @_bettybattle & @moniquetemple__
✨ Community Meditation — July 20
✨ Men’s Gathering — July 22
✨ The Luminous Reset — July 25 w/ @a.space______
✨ July Special: Complimentary ear seed support with every Chakra Balancing session

Each space offers a different doorway into the same intention: helping your system feel supported enough to receive, recalibrate, and move forward with greater clarity.

This is your invitation, registration + booking links are in our bio. DM us if you’re unsure which offering is the right place to begin. 🙏🏾

Self Care & Mental Health isn’t a luxury, it’s a requirement.

One of the things I’ve learned through working with hundreds of clients over the years is that most people aren’t necessarily looking for more information. They’re looking for an opportunity to slow down, to let go, to feel safe enough for their mind and body to finally exhale.

That’s why we’re gathering this Saturday for The Luminous Reset.

This experience will combine BioLight technology, Reiki, and Sound Healing to create an environment that supports deep relaxation, restoration, and energetic alignment. There is nothing you need to figure out, nothing you need to force, nothing you need to achieve.

Simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive. 😎

If you’re feeling called to join us, we’d love to share this experience with you. Click the link in our bio to RSVP today, spots are limited!

Next Saturday we’re holding space for an intimate experience, come and feel what it’s like to have your electromagnetic activated!

They tried to bury this old science and keep it from the masses so we wouldn’t experience the power of this technology, but what’s done in the dark will always come to light. 💡

Follow @teslabiolights to learn more about the science behind these devices and where it all started from. And if you’re ready, RSVP for next Saturday’s event. 😎

Here’s what I have to say after my 2nd personal BioLight experience, it’s hard to put into words what can only be felt!

When these lights are activated we literally sit/lay in a field of charged plasma energy that influences our entire field of energy down to the cells! If you don’t know what plasma is and how beneficial it is to the human body, I highly recommend you research it.

Or just come experience it for yourself on the 20th with us 😎

You can’t keep doing the same thing that you’ve always done, hoping and wishing for a better tomorrow. As we settle into late Spring ask yourself this question:

What have I given life to in the last 60 days?

What we’re experiencing right now is a result of that. In order for the next 60 days to be different, we need to move in alignment. Mind, body and spirit as one not separate. 🙏🏾

We’re less than 24 hours away with 3 spots remaining!

This is going to be a different experience 😎

Through Yoga Nidra we’re priming the body and nervous system to open and relax, the BioLight’s will then create a plasma-light field that influences a state of coherence, then we’ll work to balance the body through Crown, Heart & Root chakra healing.

So excited for this! Click the link in my bio to RSVP only 3 spots remaining!

We’re counting down the days! This Saturday I’ll be co-facilitating with @a.space______ for our first Luminous Reset where we’ll be holding space in a charged Plasma field 😁

The metaphysician in me is geeking out because we’re working with real physics to influence wellness. If you’re in the local Phoenix & Scottsdale area looking for something new to experience, this is it. No prior experience is needed for any of these modalities, just simply come as you are open and ready to receive. 😎

We have 5 spots remaining! Click the link in my bio to RSVP 🔗

I don’t open a lot of space, but when I do, it’s intentional.

This month, I’m opening a few experiences, each designed to meet you where you are.

Whether you’re needing a reset, looking to receive Reiki or energy healing, or feeling called to deepen your understanding through Reiki training, there’s a space for you to step into.

Different entry points with the same direction:

More awareness.
More regulation.
More connection to yourself.

If you’ve been feeling the pull, join us.

If you’re in Scottsdale or the surrounding areas and have been looking for in-person energy work, this is for you.

Details are in the link in my bio or DM me so we can identify what you need. 🧘🏽‍♂️
