Do you feel Uncomfortable, unappreciated, undervalued purposeless, or powerless then it could be a time for change to engage in something you are passionate about which matches your beliefs and values you. Experiences is needed so do your job and be the best at it wether you are recognize are not. Know the red flags of when to resign or quit. Communication is good before any moves are to be made but if after voicing your request you are only listened to and not heard which makes you feel voiceless it's time to shift your position and find something which excites you and not makes you miserable and bored. This calls for new employment with a new future to work in maybe a dream job where you realize your priorities, interest and worth. Management sometimes pretend to care about employees but they don't have their best interest at heart. Find out why to stay and why to leave as many times better opportunities are ahead.
