✨ 80’s Ecstatic Dance Night! ✨
📅 December 5th • 🕕 6:00 PM

Cue the synths, dust off your best side-pony, and get ready to move. Our 80’s Ecstatic Dance is a playful, high-energy journey through retro beats, electric grooves, and the kind of tracks that make you say, “Oh wow, I forgot how much I love this song.”
We’ll start with a gentle warm-in, then let the music build into a full-body dance wave—fun, freeing, sweaty, and delightfully nostalgic. Leg warmers? Sure. A little neon? Absolutely. Zero pressure to dress up? Always.
Just bring yourself, some water, and a willingness to dance like your inner 80’s hero is cheering you on.
Lighthearted. Expressive. Unapologetically fun.
✨ All bodies, all levels, all expressions welcome.

It really easy to assume how something you haven’t experienced before will be. We often create scenarios, images, and play out however it is in that creative mind of yours. And that’s ok.

BUT…. If you’re willing to set that aside and allow yourself to use that creativity to experience something different, you might be surprised how you feel afterwards.

We all have certain insecurities or beliefs on how good or bad we can dance. Questions if we would like the music. Wondering if you’ll be judged or embarrassed. We all show up with some of those feelings. THIS is actually what makes this such a profound and nourishing experience. We all come a bit vulnerable.

Dance allows us the liberation to be ourselves. To express in unique movements, no choreography, no real rules except to be whatever and whoever you want to be in each passing moment or song. There’s deeper things at work and play here…but we will let you explore that!

This Full Moon in Aries is bringing the fire. It’s a perfect opportunity to bravely initiate trying something new. Something fun! Come explore with @tracycandace7 and me!! 🕺🕺🕺

Life is so…. beautiful. And strange. And sometimes in our organized lives and schedules we find that nothing makes sense or feels right. This year has been refreshing and so enlivening in my whole body. Change is refreshing.

It seems that through my own maturation process I seemed to have come to appreciate change. Although sometimes seems scary. Unmanageable. Emotional. Irrational. It always settles to share light in things I could never appreciate or understand I was missing from a previous perspective. And, I like it.

There are so many choreographed energetic and cosmic blueprints unfolding… no one has escaped these unexpected changes. It’s been a different experience watching, listening and supporting people around me- I am seeing different parts of me from different times all around. So much food for thought and heart.

These times are interesting, and I am staying interested and wildly curious how life unfolds… every moment. Every day. Be kind to each other… we’re all in. ❤️ by @a_boogie888
