What a day!! 7/26/26 🐮😍🤩

First of all, I love the name of our team “ya herd?” 🐮😅

And we made sure we were heard all the way from the start to the end 😂.

Four of us were having a party 💃🏻 and didn’t even feel like we ran a 10k 😎.

Due to my back pain I wasn’t sure if I could run it but so glad that I took it easy and my girls supported all the way 🥰. Thank you and love you girls!! ❤️

And seeing everyone from @whitbyparkrun and @oclululemon.runclub made my day!! 😍💖🐮

Can’t wait for the next year already!! Mooooo 🥛☺️

P.s. I couldn’t post all the pics and videos so might need another post 😁

What an epic event!! 🙌🏼🤩❤️‍🔥

Friday nights are sleep early to get up early for early morning runs except last Friday 😃. I had a great time cheering our @running__waters team at the @fighttoendcancer fund raising event. And they literally had to fight in different types of challenges. Challenges were super tough but they were tougher! 🥊 ❤️‍🔥 Congratulations to all of you!!! 🙌🏼📣🔥❤️

Congratulations 🎉 @tyler.kmag for winning two categories 🥊 and super happy to witness our own @brownbeardrunning winning the beep test 🏃🏽‍♂️🤩🥇 #proudmoment

Now time to train for the next year! 💪🏼😅

Thank you so much @ty_kmag and the team for organizing the event. You guys did amazing!! 🙌🏼🤩❤️

Canada Day with @whitbyparkrun family!! 🇨🇦❤️🤍

We always have the best day celebrating it together!! 🎉😍

So many friends joined us for the run, potluck and after party at the Pump House 🍻☺️. It was a perfect weather for chilled beer too which made me a little tipsy 🥴. And I only had half a glass 🤣.

Some of us went to watch fireworks 🎆 at night which was amazing!! 🤩 Thanks to @explorewhitby for organizing it!! 😍

Maybe I am a little late to post this post but hey that means I am still processing it 😅.

Hope you all had a wonderful day!! ❤️
