Canada Day with @whitbyparkrun family!! 🇨🇦❤️🤍

We always have the best day celebrating it together!! 🎉😍

So many friends joined us for the run, potluck and after party at the Pump House 🍻☺️. It was a perfect weather for chilled beer too which made me a little tipsy 🥴. And I only had half a glass 🤣.

Some of us went to watch fireworks 🎆 at night which was amazing!! 🤩 Thanks to @explorewhitby for organizing it!! 😍

Maybe I am a little late to post this post but hey that means I am still processing it 😅.

In 1986, American supermodel Kathy Ireland posed with a baseball bat during a Sports Illustrated swimsuit photoshoot in the Dominican Republic. Wearing a white swimsuit, sneakers and a New York Mets cap, Ireland combined the glamour of 1980s fashion photography with the country’s passion for baseball. Ireland first appeared in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue in 1984 and became one of the publication’s most recognisable models. Her career reached another milestone in 1989 when she appeared on the magazine’s 25th anniversary swimsuit cover, one of its most celebrated editions. The Dominican Republic photographs were taken on September 24, 1986, by photographer John G. Zimmerman for the 1987 Swimsuit Issue. Decades later, Ireland is also recognised for building a successful business career beyond modelling, making her one of the notable figures to emerge from the magazine’s history. 📸⚾✨
