Two shows. Two days. One weekend I won’t ever forget. 💜 🥇 1st — Bikini Novice A
🥇 1st — Bikini Open C I finished my first competition weekend at the NPC Daytona Beach Naturals with two first-place finishes. I’m proud of what I brought to the stage, but I’m even more excited knowing there’s still so much room to grow, improve, and build toward those bigger wins. Thank you to my coaches @megreddfitt and Jason @aandfphysiquesllc for the guidance, accountability, and support that got me through prep and onto that stage. Thank you @kittys_bikinis for the beautiful suit that made me feel so confident up there, and @good_sh.t for powering me through the harder workouts and prep days. Thank you to the event organizer @toobehuge for putting on such a well run show and making my first shows such an amazing experience. 🤗 And thank you to my friends, family, and everyone who followed along, checked in, encouraged me, sent a message, sat in the audience, or listened to me talk. You were a part of this experience too. ❤️ I already know things I want to improve, what I want to build, and new goals are already forming in my head. But first… I had some food to catch up on. 😂 Very grateful. Very full. And definitely not done. I can’t wait to share what’s next. And if you’re working toward goals of your own and feel like you could use a little more guidance or accountability, I’d love to help. Feel free to DM me or leave a comment and we can talk about where you’re at, where you want to go, and what support might make the process a little easier. 🫶🏻 @npc_daytona_naturals @npcnewsonlineofficialpage @npcworldwideofficial #NPCBikini #BikiniCompetitor #NPCFlorida #bodybuildingjourney #npcnatural by @aandfphysiquesllc

My first show. 💜 @npc_ifbb_daytona_pro_am 🥇 1st — Bikini Open C 🥈 2nd — Bikini Novice A 🥈 2nd — Bikini True Novice I walked away with these results, but more than anything, I walked away grateful for the opportunity to step on that stage, for everything this process taught me, and for every person who helped me get there. This journey challenged my consistency, determination, discipline, and trust in myself in so many new ways. Showing up for the workouts, cardio, meal prep, posing, and all the little things in between—even on the days I didn’t feel like it—eventually led me to doing something I once was terrified of doing. A huge thank you to my coaches, @megreddfitt and Jason @aandfphysiquesllc. Megan especially, thank you for pushing me beyond what I thought I was capable of while still being there for me through every part of prep. I truly don’t think I would have started this journey without the inspiration and guidance you both gave me. From the physical side to the mental side, the accountability, check-ins, and constant reminders to stay on track helped shape the person who stepped on that stage. Thank you @kittys_bikinis for creating such a beautiful suit. The color was perfect and made me feel like a star onstage. I know this won’t be my last bikini from you. ✨ And thank you @good_sh.t for helping me survive the workouts and long prep days right up until coach took my caffeine away. If you haven’t tried the mango flavor yet, that was my favorite. To my friends and family, thank you for every check-in, word of encouragement, and reminder to keep going. You helped me through the hard days, the tired days, and yes… probably a few bitchy days too. 😂I’ll forever be grateful for the support you gave me and continue to show. A year ago, if you told me I would be standing on a bodybuilding stage, in a bikini, I probably would’ve laughed at you. Now, I can’t imagine hanging the suit up. I’m excited to keep growing, learning, meeting new people, and seeing where this journey takes me. This was my first stage, but definitely not my last. 💜 @npcnewsonlineofficialpage @npcfloridaofficialpage #npcbikini #npcathlete #bikiniathlete #firstcomp #gym by @aandfphysiquesllc

16 weeks later. 1st in Novice, 2nd in Overall, 3rd in Open. Yesterday was the culminating moment of stepping onstage once again for my third show in 3 years, and I can gladly say that all of those weeks of early mornings, hours of cardio, meals, training, posing, and sacrifices led to the best possible package I could have delivered. Walking out there made every difficult day of prep worth it, and the experience gained from it is something I’ll carry forward. I’m incredibly proud to have placed Top 3 in every division I entered, but more than anything, I’m proud of the person I became throughout this year’s prep. There were plenty of days where I didn’t feel like training, doing my cardio in a sauna suit, or even eating another meal, but I showed up anyway because I knew that decision could be the difference on stage. And I wouldn’t have made it to that stage without the people and things that were part of the process. Coach - @aandfphysiquesllc Thank you for your continued dedication to supporting my performance and giving me the guidance and means to deliver my greatest package on stage. Protein - @nutrabio NutraBio Whey Isolate carried me through countless morning meals whenever it was allowed in my plan. Gym - @ampedfitnessdaytona Amped Fitness Daytona Beach was the gym I relied on throughout prep, giving me the accessibility and environment I needed to stay consistent with my training demands and schedule. Clothing - @youngla YoungLA continued to be the brand I lived in throughout prep, both in and out of the gym. Stage shorts - @chulawear1 Chula Wear provided me with the dopest suit to pair with my performance onstage and gave me that extra confidence to do my thing when it was time to step out. Every one of those things played a part in getting me from the beginning of prep to that stage. But the job’s not finished. This was only one chapter. Now it’s time to grow. . . . #mensphysique #mensphysiquecompetitor #bodybuilding #contestprep #roadtostage taken in News Journal Center by @aandfphysiquesllc
