The stage revealed the work. Now it’s time to build again.

The biggest progress is made in the seasons no one watches. 💜

Two shows. Two days. One weekend I won’t ever forget. 💜

🥇 1st — Bikini Novice A
🥇 1st — Bikini Open C

I finished my first competition weekend at the NPC Daytona Beach Naturals with two first-place finishes. I’m proud of what I brought to the stage, but I’m even more excited knowing there’s still so much room to grow, improve, and build toward those bigger wins.

Thank you to my coaches @megreddfitt and Jason @aandfphysiquesllc for the guidance, accountability, and support that got me through prep and onto that stage.

Thank you @kittys_bikinis for the beautiful suit that made me feel so confident up there, and @good_sh.t for powering me through the harder workouts and prep days.

Thank you to the event organizer @toobehuge for putting on such a well run show and making my first shows such an amazing experience. 🤗

And thank you to my friends, family, and everyone who followed along, checked in, encouraged me, sent a message, sat in the audience, or listened to me talk. You were a part of this experience too. ❤️

I already know things I want to improve, what I want to build, and new goals are already forming in my head.

But first… I had some food to catch up on. 😂

Very grateful. Very full. And definitely not done. I can’t wait to share what’s next.

And if you’re working toward goals of your own and feel like you could use a little more guidance or accountability, I’d love to help. Feel free to DM me or leave a comment and we can talk about where you’re at, where you want to go, and what support might make the process a little easier. 🫶🏻

My first show. 💜
@npc_ifbb_daytona_pro_am

🥇 1st — Bikini Open C
🥈 2nd — Bikini Novice A
🥈 2nd — Bikini True Novice

I walked away with these results, but more than anything, I walked away grateful for the opportunity to step on that stage, for everything this process taught me, and for every person who helped me get there.

This journey challenged my consistency, determination, discipline, and trust in myself in so many new ways. Showing up for the workouts, cardio, meal prep, posing, and all the little things in between—even on the days I didn’t feel like it—eventually led me to doing something I once was terrified of doing.

A huge thank you to my coaches, @megreddfitt and Jason @aandfphysiquesllc. Megan especially, thank you for pushing me beyond what I thought I was capable of while still being there for me through every part of prep. I truly don’t think I would have started this journey without the inspiration and guidance you both gave me. From the physical side to the mental side, the accountability, check-ins, and constant reminders to stay on track helped shape the person who stepped on that stage.

Thank you @kittys_bikinis for creating such a beautiful suit. The color was perfect and made me feel like a star onstage. I know this won’t be my last bikini from you. ✨

And thank you @good_sh.t for helping me survive the workouts and long prep days right up until coach took my caffeine away. If you haven’t tried the mango flavor yet, that was my favorite.

To my friends and family, thank you for every check-in, word of encouragement, and reminder to keep going. You helped me through the hard days, the tired days, and yes… probably a few bitchy days too. 😂I’ll forever be grateful for the support you gave me and continue to show.

A year ago, if you told me I would be standing on a bodybuilding stage, in a bikini, I probably would’ve laughed at you.
Now, I can’t imagine hanging the suit up.

I’m excited to keep growing, learning, meeting new people, and seeing where this journey takes me.
This was my first stage, but definitely not my last. 💜

Peak weak shenanigans… anything to keep me consistent and disciplined 😝

Epsom salt bath with some face skin care to start the week relaxed and muscles soothed. ☺️

Keep swiping to see my suit! 💜

Needed to do some stretching and decided why not try it out with Ariel silks? One of the best group classes I’ve ever been to! 🙆🏻‍♀️💜

Definitely will be incorporating silks into my routines again in the off season. Check them out if you’re in town! ⬇️

The diet got super simplified this week. The less variables the better. Eggs were a staple every morning and boiled chicken in almost every meal.
I’m a seasoning and sauce girl so this was a switch up for me, but not nearly as bad as I thought it would be! Can you remember what plain chicken tastes like?

#mealprep #nutrition #simplefoods

Training changed and got lighter throughout the week. No matter how tired I was without my normal caffeine and carbs, I still always showed up to these sessions. Keep pushing. 🫶🏻

Recovery was made more of a priority this week as other things became more depleted. I truly believe these recovery sessions are just as important as the workout. Let me know if you want a recovery education video!

Got a pedicure to match my suit colors and relieve some achy feet before having to walk on stage! The color turned out so pretty! 😍

The super baggy tanning fits I have to wear from Friday until the shows all done. Im looking dolled up in the face, hair, and body, but looking like a hobo walking around. 🤣
Comfort > Cuteness this week (until showtime ofc)

#tanning #tanningfit

First coat tan done. So excited to see how it darkens up overnight and what muscles it defines! What’s your craziest tanning story?

#tanned #tanningspray

Had to load & pack up the makeup for show day. This is the reason I’ll have to wake up at 3am on the day… hopefully I remember how to put it on correctly. 😂

And of course… the suit. When I got this and tried it on, it truly put everything into perspective for m

A stronger lat pulldown starts before your elbows even bend.

Initiate by gently drawing your shoulders down, but avoid aggressively pinning your shoulder blades back. Keep your chest tall, drive your elbows down toward your hips, and control the weight back up until your lats fully lengthen at the top.

Save this for your next back day, and let me know what Coach Tip you want next. 💜

Motivation comes and goes. The promises you make to yourself shouldn’t. Show up for yourself every chance you get. That’s where the progress is made.💜💪🏼

Sometimes the difference between stopping and getting through those last few reps comes down to what I’m telling myself in my head.

Cheesy sometimes? Maybe. But they absolutely work when I’m fighting for my life mid-set. 😂
