The best day of our lives was bringing Colin Scott Lacy into our world ❤️Baby Colin was born a healthy boy at 12:54pm on February 23rd, 2026. He came out 7 pounds, 3 ounces and 19 inches. Lauren our backup Doula captured the moment he arrived 🥹

Follow the link in my bio to hear Colin’s Birth-Mix-Tape. It’s a collection of music we listened to during Celine’s labor, delivery and recovery ❤️‍🩹 This song is by Infinite Body and is titled: untrammeled by god or anything else 🎵 taken in Ucsd Jacobs Medical Center by @aaronscottlacy

Was overjoyed to gift a service to Katarina to help nudge her towards embracing her natural hair 🙋🏻‍♂️ In June, our family made the trip up to Portland to celebrate Correia @darkmadonna ‘s opening of @alwaysforeverelsewhere Just a few moments that stood out with a quick cameo of JC @freshlyrootedsalon with the Baby Boo Colin ❤️ taken in Portland, Oregon by @aaronscottlacy

At a recent class I was teaching, a friend & colleague of mine pointed out in front of a large audience that they really respected that I’m here for all the hairs, no matter the pattern ➿➰〰️➖ I felt like that was such a pleasant assessment of my work from someone I very much respect and admire 🥹 To style Danielle, we used the trifecta of @innersenseorganicbeauty @idigyourhair @enbbanaturals Added bonus of using @theveildryer too 😍 by @aaronscottlacy

Disrupting Pattern happened on August 16th & 17th in San Francisco, CA at @sanctuarysalonsf hosted by @kiathecurlconsultant & @aaronscottlacy We were supported by @theveildryer @innersenseorganicbeauty @idigyourhair @thepotionstudio @enbbanaturals @everydaymonii We are so incredibly grateful that each of these brands opted into supporting our indie project 🥹 Photos were taken by our friend @derekmiranda and they brilliantly capture the essence of what our experience felt like over the course of 2 days. Can we do it again? taken in San Francisco, California by @aaronscottlacy
