Two ceremonies. Two doorways. Sacred Smoke, Wednesday 23rd 5PM. Grandmother Womens Night Friday 25th 5PM So what is a Sacred Smoke ceremony? It's a multi-round process where you hold the most control over your experience. It starts slow, warming your nervous system to the experience, one round at a time. With the choice to go deeper each round, you learn somatics, and how to connect to your body in a way you never have before. Learning to listen, and accompanied by your guides, we navigate the spirit realm to understand more of who you are. Sacred Smoke is a beautiful experience on its own. And it's an incredible half step toward working with the spirit of Grandmother. And what is the Grandmother ceremony? Where Sacred Smoke warms and prepares you, Grandmother invites you all the way in. This is the deeper journey. Grandmother is the oldest of teachers. She meets each of us exactly where we are, and reveals only what is ours to see. She works in her own time, in her own way. No forcing. No rushing. Only surrender, and trust in what she brings forward. What she reveals becomes the doorway. To the grief long held, the love long buried, the truth of who you have always been. The goal was never to fix yourself. It was to become the witness. Where did you learn how to talk to yourself? Who is actually talking to you? Maybe it's mom. Dad. A sister. You might have your parents living in your head rent free. That voice isn't you. It's a piece you took on. And you can't change what you can't witness. So you learn to witness. Then you learn to witness the witness. And then something shifts. You realize you are the witness. The eternal witness. Never born, never dies. Immortal. And that feeling grows. As it does, you remember who you are. You grow into the eternal. And it's not only others. Past versions of you exist here too. And they are looking to be witnessed and acknowledged, the same as other programs living in you. The more you witness the pieces, the more you realize nothing was ever yours. It was only ever borrowed. That is when you get to show up in a space that is magical, mysterious, and unknown. Because it flows from the very source of creation. A discovery of life, moment to moment, as you let go and surrender to the great cosmic wonder. It gives new meaning to the question who am I. When the answer is: I am the witness. I am life. I am the source of creation itself. Depth. It's what's missing from so many relationships. Why? Because a deep relationship is terrifying. It's so good that the thought of losing it feels unbearable. To open fully, to be vulnerable enough to be seen in every thought, most people can't handle it. They get overwhelmed by how they'll be perceived, judged, or abandoned, just for being who they really are. So we hide. We mask. We shrink parts of ourselves to fit the idea of who we think we need to be in order to be loved. How many times have I heard a woman say, "I wasn't sure about this relationship when it started," and go ahead with it anyway? How many times have I heard about men picking the low hanging fruit because they're afraid of rejection? So many choices made out of alignment with what we actually want. All because of fear. And fear leaves us with no safety and no depth, where neither person ever gets the chance to be present, to be seen, to be vulnerable. We're so afraid of the feeling of loss most never allow themself the opportunity to loose anything of value or get close enough to something with depth in the first place. Depth isn't something you find in the right person. It's you become safe enough to allow. It starts with you. With being willing to be seen, fully, before anyone else can meet you there. The cave you fear holds the treasure you seek. I've been building community for six years. Different partners, different waves of people moving through. And the one thing that hasn't changed is the growth, mine and ours, every step of the way. People say the space we've cultivated has a high turnaround. That people come and people go. They're not wrong. And we're moving through another major shift right now. I'm grateful for the moves and the shifts, but they haven't been easy. So many people I've come to know and love have moved in and out of this space. Sometimes it's easy to leave behind a part of yourself you're ready to release. Goodbye, adios, don't look back. And then there are the parts you miss, the ones you think about, the ones you wonder how it could have gone differently. But staying true to yourself will always bring about what's in alignment. I built this community because I wanted a space where all parts of myself were accepted. So it's funny that for a while, I felt like I couldn't be all of myself in it. Tearing down those walls and opening the doorway to that part has been one of the biggest breakthroughs of my life. It has brought more opportunity than anything else. And so we move through another wave. People leaving, people arriving. Bridging sensuality and sexuality into a space where ceremony is held (NO, not at same time!). What I've found is that one leads to the other. The doorway to the self, the rise of our power, begins with sexuality. At conception. How could this not be where our power comes from? How is this not celebrated, taught, cultivated in healthy ways? And its no wonder why it is chastised in many holy spaces. "That's taboo. You can't do that in a holy space. What will people think?" My favorite altar is my partner. And the thing I was most afraid of was what people would think. Then I realized those are exactly the people who need to step aside, so the ones in alignment can finally show up. Do you fall in love, or do you rise in love? Falling looks like disappearing into her reality. You stop chasing your own joy. You measure your worth by her approval. You can't be okay unless she's reassuring you. You collapse into her shape and call it love. Rising looks like the opposite. Her love makes you want to become more of who you are, not less. You can sit alone and still feel met. You can go do the thing that lights you up, by yourself, and not feel like you're missing a piece. Your love for her becomes one strong current in a river that has many. Here's how you know which one you're living: look at the rest of your life. If you're rising, everything else expands too. Intimacey becomes a portal to self. You pursue your own desires. You become more. You become Precense. If you're falling, everything else shrinks. She becomes the only current, and you drown in it. Feeling another is the closest you can get to feeling presence, and when they are gone your empty once again. Most men get this backwards. They think love means falling, losing yourself. Or they guard themselves and withhold love to stay safe or substitute addictions to try and replace whats missing inside. Rising in love is love that grows because you are growing, in your own life, not just in the relationship. So rise. Love her fully, and become more yourself in the process. Modern day therapy treats the individual at face value. It doesn't really understand what's under the hood. Integration. Soul retrieval. Fractured consciousness. And things alike. It all comes down to patterns. Where we learned them. How we learned to love. What we never got but kept striving for. The outdated coping mechanisms still running in our psyche that no longer serve us. We are multidimensional human beings. When a version of you learned to protect you, or stopped functioning and gave up, or found an easier way to cope with pain, it becomes imprinted in the psyche. It fractures from the heart. It learns it doesn't have a place. So when opportunity comes knocking at your door, you shut down. You steer away in the other direction. You blame others. You make yourself small. All for reasons that don't apply anymore. So what do we do? Integration is the realignment, the understanding, and the awareness of all parts of self. It's learning to listen to which part is taking the wheel, what it's asking for, and making sure the needs of the heart are met. This is the work. 1:1 mentoring and integration sessions are now open.
