Every action you take has a frequency underneath it. Most people are building their entire life from fear, lack, or survival and don't even know it.

I am honored to have been granted special access to the Temple to capture these moments. I am filled with joy that I could capture the humanity of a look and a laugh. With respect and love... thank you both.

So there I was, three cups into an ayahuasca journey on a weekday night, watching the vines move on the Shipibo tapestry in front of me and feeling the up levels happen in my body.

If you had told me even six months ago that I would be sitting with my partner and my mentor and a deep dark, beautiful night of the soul, singing and laughing and smoking mapacho and 3 cups in, I would’ve told you you were crazy.

I had no design on serving or supporting plant medicine.

But the plants, when you are a shaman and a hollow bone, well, you simply do as you’re told.

At least I do when it comes to spirit.

And so a while back, they told me they wanted me to assist and learn and to figure it out.

And so I am.

I’m beyond grateful to be studying with an incredible man and mentor who shows up and does his work on the daily. Figuring out so many beautiful systems of support and how to help people through to their deepest love and greatest power within.

I’m beyond grateful to get to work with this incredible medicine.

And if you’re curious or interested, and you’ve been thinking about it for years, or maybe you’ve sat before, this is your official invitation to join us over the Fourth of July weekend.

We have space for you. But space is limited and I would recommend signing up at the website and joining us.

I will be assisting and supporting you through two days of this journey, and my partner will be there to support, and you couldn’t be in better hands with the lead facilitator and mentor.

I had the absolute pleasure of playing with fire in the pouring rain. To dance with the elements on sacred land.

So much gratitude to @touch.of.ivy and @aaronsudo for inviting us all to your beautiful space. The Ecstatic Dance was freeing and nourishing.

Come with me into another world ✨🌿

Huge thank you to @waymeet.homestead Beltane Festival for having M.e. out to soundtrack such a magical gathering in the woods.

Shout out to my vibey tribe and @marijane108 with the awesome commentary and video skills ✨ thanks for being the best plus 1🥰

This set felt like a full fae dream… a medieval fairy dance party under the trees weaving together folk sounds, earthy rhythms, house, deep bass, dubstep, and freeform frequencies into one long eclectic ecstatic journey. 🧚🏻‍♀️🔥

The full mix is now live on SoundCloud for all my fantasy medieval viking fairies, forest creatures, and barefoot woodland ravers 🌲⚔️✨

I experimented a little differently with this recap video too… more of a deeper glimpse into the full energy of the evening ♡ let me know what you think 🤗

Before there was electronic dance music there was
the fire,
the circle,
and the drums.

Ecstatic dance is an ancient practice rooted in the simplicity of human nature to gather, sing & dance.
A way to release, celebrate, heal, and reconnect… to ourselves, each other, and to a common source of creation :: ze Earth 🌿🪘

This sound journey will weave together earthy, organic, worldly and bassy frequencies inspired by medicine music and the primal energy of nature, while still flowing through eclectic electronic soundscapes and freeform dance energy. 🔊

In a substance free space like this, we attune to and remember the power of frequency, soul, and sound to move energy, open the heart, and bring us into deeper presence and awareness of our connection as One within the natural harmony of creation.

Come connect with the land, community, and your body this Sunday in Auburn Hills for our first outdoor dance this spring !☀️

There is indoor space depending on weather, but right now it’s looking beautiful outside.

This gathering will also serve as a fundraiser for the Shipibo tribes that @aaronsudo & @touch.of.ivy work with, and a percentage of profits will be donated in support of their communities and traditions.

For those who want to continue vibing afterward, we’ll also be hosting an optional movie night featuring a documentary on the Shipibo people. ✨

Roll Call Y’all!!
Next meeting: Friday, May 29th 6-9p!
Location: Iris Aura Sanctuary 🌈🐉💛
313 S Main St. Unit B Rochester, Mi
Potluck & Discussion
Available online with $10 donation

How many times have you heard (or you yourself said) “I just want to buy some land, build a sustainable home/farm & live in community”? Well we’re doing it! One meeting at a time.

Our first Commune Council meeting was incredible! So many beautiful souls, gathered together for this shared dream that we all are ready to manifest! Eating yummy food & nourishing connection/s! Thank you to all of you that attended! Each one of you is a piece in this grand puzzle 🧩❤️✨

We’re doing it again - this time on a Friday in hopes other folks that wanted to come but couldn’t find n a week day - have access & those who would like to but can’t in person will be able to online (probably via Zoom)! Yay!!

To ponder; what commune lifestyle are you interested in? What does it look like or feel like? What are the communities values & find most important? What other examples do you see or are wanting to check out? How do we move in that direction & build together? What (potential) barriers do you foresee? What can we each do or contribute to get started?

We look forward to gathering together again soon!! 💞

If you have any questions; please reach out to Marissa via DM or text (919)368-2842 🙏🕊️🧿
