Jamaican Sorrel / Hibiscus Jello (what I’m making for my low iron, low ferritin, and fatigue)

Shoutout to my Chinese medicine healer @greendragonhealer for the recommendation.

INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp dried hibiscus
3 cups water
1 cinnamon stick
Pinch of cloves
2 tbsp beef gelatin dissolved in 1 cup cool water (set for 5min)
3-4 tbsp maple syrup (or to taste)

HOW TO
1. Boil the hibiscus, cinnamon, and cloves in 3 cups of water for 10 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, stir the gelatin into 1 cup of cool water and let it sit.
3. Strain the tea, then stir in the gelatin and maple syrup until dissolved.
4. Pour into a bowl and chill until firm, about 3 to 4 hours.
5. Enjoy solo or with coconut cream.
