What a year, rollercoaster of emotions! Full of life, joy, and hard work.

Been blessed with a baby daughter, biggest blessing one can have is having a daughter who makes your day full when she smiles everytime you walk in through the door. A family that loves you and will go to the end for you through thick and thin.

Been blessed with a good year of work, and in sha allah to another year of work booking up. Been hard work for the team through this year with work acquired all over Manchester alhamdulillah.

One of the biggest thanks would be to my team Joe Callum, Joe (sports massage) and my wife the head chef. They have helped me acquire a new skills set and helping continue to grow in the sport of boxing. It is not an easy sport but takes a lot guts, courage and mental strength to get into that ring. But the biggest shout out would be to Joe Eko, has done wonders with me increasing my ability in boxing, pushing me through difficult camps to get me the fittest and healthiest I have been ever. But the biggest factor is the mental strength he has allowed me to gain even more, more than I could have thought I could have. I have ulcerative colitis and have been in a flare up, but he doesn't know how bad it is. But he pushed me to gain more strength than I already had, which is that I won't let this ever weigh me down. I want always push myself to be the best I can be and Joe has helped me gain this and for the upcoming year I wanna push myself and use this as my Base to see how much more I can be.

So big thanks to everyone who has helped our business through this year, we could not have done it without. Forever grateful 🙏🏾 and a big thanks to our team who have worked tirelessly through the year, cold, wet, sunny, joy, snow, whatever the weather they have gotten us through it.

What a mega night and big performance. Just wanted to thank my team @joe_eko_boxing @jimbo_theunteachables @finest_unteachables_ for helping me during this camp. Put in a lot of hard work, effort and time for me during the past 6 weeks. What we worked on in the gym came into fruition on fight night. Couldnt be me happier. Joe works his magic every camp, only man i have full faith in to guide me through camp the best way possible. Jimbo and Murch just add the cherry on top with everything else with pushing me in the gym and extra sessions with the team 💪🏾 couldn't ask for a better fighting team to be in your corner 🔥🔥

Thanks to @carmineallen15 @lou_woods762 and Thomas for prepping with good sparring rounds.

Everyone that came down or watched my fight, I appreciate the support and love shown 🥊💪🏾

Big shout out to all my sponsors who help support me during camp and fight night
@apexwindowservices_ltd
@lunarrockscaffoldingltd

Big shout out to my other half @monica_begumx who supported outside the ring and ring with diet, preparation and allowing to have time away to train as hard as I did for the fight ♥️🙏🏾🦍🐅

Few days away now and then back in again for the next one with the Unteachables on 21st Nov 🦍🐅💪🏾🥊 by @abc.builders
