ROLLING TO FIGHT CANCER 🎗️🥋

@backstagejiujitsu is becoming something bigger.

What started as a simple idea—bringing the mats to touring musicians—is now becoming an opportunity to connect the worlds of music and Jiu-Jitsu while supporting the fight against cancer.

From backstage rooms to Casa de Luta, I’ve had the privilege of sharing the mats with members of Trivium, Biohazard, Jinjer, SPEED, Sworn Enemy, Striking13, Ghostkid and No Turning Back.

No stage. No crowd. No egos. Just good people, hard rounds, and the connection created through Jiu-Jitsu.

Now I want those rounds to become something bigger.

After losing family members to cancer and seeing the disease affect friends and their loved ones, I began asking myself:

Can I use Jiu-Jitsu to help?

That question became:

🎗️ ROLLING TO FIGHT CANCER 🎗️

The idea is simple: I roll to raise money and awareness for the fight against cancer.

There is no fee to roll with me and no obligation to donate. If we share the mats, we share the mats—nothing changes.

But if someone wants to support the project and is in a position to do so, they can make a voluntary donation.

No minimum. No expectations. No pressure.

Through regular training, special sessions, events, and the people I meet through Jiu-Jitsu and Backstage Jiu-Jitsu, I want to support cancer research and organizations fighting this disease.

I cannot cure cancer.
Jiu-Jitsu cannot cure cancer.

But I can roll.
I can raise awareness.
I can raise money.
And I can turn something I love into support for something bigger.

If your band is touring through Germany, Luxembourg, France, Belgium, or nearby, get in touch. I’ll bring the mats—or the doors of Casa de Luta are always open.

Every time Biohazard comes anywhere near Germany, we find a place, throw down the mats and get some rounds in before the show.

No excuses. No special treatment. Just Jiu-Jitsu, brotherhood and a little chaos before hitting the stage.

This is exactly what @backstagejiujitsu is about—bringing Jiu Jitsu to touring musicians wherever the road takes them.

Some people enter your life through Jiu-Jitsu and, somewhere along the journey, become family.

I’ve known @3angleleo for more than ten years. Countless rounds, difficult battles, plenty of laughter and more great memories than I could ever put into words.

But what we’ve built goes far beyond the mats:

Friendship. Loyalty. Trust. Honesty. Brotherhood. Family. Respect.

Time passes and life changes, but real brotherhood remains.
