BACKSTAGE JIU-JITSU 🥋⚡️

Great session today with my bro @selftaughtnolessons of @gangcalledspeed 👊🏻

We worked some leglock attacks from K-Guard and then got some solid rounds in. Great energy, good rolls, and always a pleasure sharing the mats.

Hardcore meets Jiu-Jitsu. 🤘🏻🥋

Another Backstage Jiu-Jitsu session with my brother and third-degree BJJ black belt, Billy Graziadei of @biohazarddfl , together with Matt Garzilli from @swornenemynyc and Cary Signman from @striking13la —putting in work before tearing up the stage in Luxembourg.

Backstage Jiu-Jitsu brings the mats to the bands. Wherever the road takes them, we train. No excuses. No bullshit. Just Jiu-Jitsu, Metal/Hardcore music and brotherhood.

Follow @backstagejiujitsu for more action from behind the scenes.

Respect to the family. Until the next round. 👊🏼🤘🏼

People know @bobbyhambel as a legendary guitarist and one of the architects of New York hardcore.

But what impressed me the most isn’t just his music—it’s the person behind it.

Humble. Genuine. Respectful. The kind of person who makes time for everyone, no matter who you are.

In a world where ego is often louder than character, Bobby reminds us that true legends don’t need to prove anything. They simply stay true to themselves.

Grateful for another day together—talking about music and choppers, and then watching him do what he does best on stage with Biohazard☢️

See you soon, brother. 🤘🏻🖤

From the Mats to the Cro-Mags show 👊🏻🥋🔥

Cro-Mags absolutely crushed it tonight, and meeting @realharleyflanagan in person was a real honor.

The three of us train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, so getting a photo with a @renzograciebjj black belt, hardcore pioneer, and founder of @realcromags made the night even more special.

Harley, thank you for taking the time to talk and take a picture with us. Our academy doors are always open to you.

Our mats are your home anytime.

Respect to a man who’s made an impact both in hardcore and on the mats.

Some people survive the tour. Billy Graziadei trains through it. 🤘🏻🥋

Every time Biohazard comes anywhere near Germany, we find a place, throw down the mats and get some rounds in before the show.

No excuses. No special treatment. Just Jiu-Jitsu, brotherhood and a little chaos before hitting the stage.

This is exactly what @backstagejiujitsu is about—bringing Jiu Jitsu to touring musicians wherever the road takes them.

Much love and respect to my brother Billy. Until the next one! 🔥

Yesterday was an absolutely incredible day!

Huge thanks to Professor and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt @matthewkheafy for an unforgettable experience. We got in some Jiu-Jitsu training, CLA Games, solid rounds, exchange of knowledge, Pig Pen🐷, and, to top it all off, an amazing live show from @triviumband .

Great rolls on the mats yesterday, @heyjazel ! Keep hunting those guillotines. 🔥🗜️

Also, thanks to Clem and Luke “Trivium crew” for the help yesterday around the venue!

Grateful for the training, the conversations, the music, and the memories. Until next time! 🤘🏻🥋 by @backstagejiujitsu
