LUNCH 🥪
.
Mother has put me to work today. Clearing out the spare room and office. (Does moving furniture count as cardio?)
.
Anyway my breakfast was super yummy but looked like absolute 💩 so didn’t take a photo. Had a wholemeal thin with a pesto egg on top.
.
Todays lunch was a wholemeal thin, mustard mayo and ham. With a cheeky pack of pombears.
.
Dinner i attempted to make buttermilk chicken, I took so long making it I was too hungry to pause and take a picture. I didn’t think it was that great anyway so you didn’t miss much.

LUNCH IN THE SUN ☀️
.
Whipped up a left over salad, used the leftover pasta, bacon and crispy butter beans from last night.
Chucked in with some baby gem lettuce pan fried halloumi and @stokes_sauces creamy ceaser dressing. Mixed together with some black pepper and parmesan. Also made some roasted tomatoes for the parents (im not about the tomato life 😂)
.
This made 4 portions.

TACO TUESDAY 🌮
.
Last day of isolation woo. I can’t lie I’ve slight enjoyed being off. As I’ve been using up stuff in the fridge and experimenting with what I have. (With a wee bit of help from a coop deliveroo).
.
40g halloumi marinated in mango chutney
Onions, peppers topped with shedded lettuce wrapped in 3 mini soft taco wraps with a side of super crispy chips.
.
Really bloody enjoyed it! Tacos are my new go to for sure!

Spend the day exploring Newquay which is right on our door step but very rarely go. We honestly felt we were on holiday. So lucky to have this so close to home. What a day!
Went to headland hotel for afternoon (it was abit hot for afternoon tea but we still scoffed it all) 😂 then went for drinking and food at 12 beach room, the chips and tacos are 👌🏼
Such a special day! 🥰
