Why does left over Lasagne always taste better then freshly made Lasagne? 🤔 Anyway today's Lunch is if you haven't already guessed leftover BNS Lasagne served with last night’s left over steamed broccoli (s) and some roasted veg (s) and rocket (s) and spinach (s) using the cheese on top of Lasagne as part HexA. All perfectly portioned out in my @igluumealprep 3 compartment container 👍🏼👍🏼

THINK SALADS ARE BORING? WELL, THINK AGAIN...
.
How to assemble the PERFECT SALAD BOX! 😍
.
1. Take one 3-compartment Igluu food container ✔
.
2. Start with the greens - fill the larger compartment about three-quarters full. We've used:
- rocket, spinach and watercress ✔
.
3. Add veggies in the smaller compartments. We've used:
- beetroot & carrot salad
- edemame & soya bean salad with shredded celeriac salad ✔
.
4. Add protein. We've used:
- Spice crusted tender chicken strips - place this over the bed of greens and garnish with something colourful we love orange peppers which adds a nice crunch too! ✔
.
5. Find a quiet spot - enjoy your salad! ✔
