I dropped off some pieces to @azaleahomect over the weekend! 🤍

I’m so grateful for this new opportunity. This is my second retail connection in another stunning storefront and I couldn’t be more thrilled about it!

The pieces are exclusively available at Azalea Home in Niantic, CT, so if you’re in the area swing in to shop this beautiful store ✨

Breaking up all the green in the feed with a little b+w and (re)introducing myself as I’ve been seeing some new faces around here.

Hi! I’m Sarah - the face and artist behind Abide Art Studio! I’m a New Englander who loves living the simple country lifestyle and spending my days in the art studio. I founded Abide in the fall of 2020 and it’s been a slow, but rewarding growth! I love allllll things home and am an interior enthusiast, with big dreams to expand my business into an art + home storefront one day.

A little more about me:
- I have 4 sisters (my best friends 🤍)
- I play the guitar
- I’m a big foodie and have found a new love for sourdough and am loving exploring everything I can make from my sourdough starter (anyone else!!??)
- I went to university for business thinking I was going to be a big business girl in a skyscraper in the city, but God called me back to my creative roots
- I love being outdoors in the garden + spending time by the ocean or in the mountains

Thank you for being here and following along. Every kind encouragement and support of my work + business means the world!🤍

xx

I’m loving all the color drenching I’ve been seeing in the interior and art world! And when I came across these fun, glossy bobbin frames on Etsy, I was inspired to do a few styling suggestions with some pieces from my most recent collection! Which pairing do you like best - 1, 2, or 3?

P.s. Comment “frame” and I’ll send you the Etsy link and a 10% discount code to shop any of these pairs on my website. Website is linked in bio to shop! ✨

September has arrived, and soon with it will come the change of the seasons 🍂

With that, I wanted to share these gorgeous fall vignettes by @ozarksdwellers. Jessie has kindly included a handful of my pieces in her beautiful home (I’m still pinching myself over it!), and I love how she styled my art linens here as tapestries. Really beautiful! I recommend giving her a follow - and to check out her YouTube channel for more lovely fall inspiration for your home xx

If you’re inspired by this look, I do have a handful of small tonal linens available in the studio shop on my website - they would be perfect for a fall artwork refresh! Shop all fine art linens through the link in my bio ✨ by @abide_artstudio

No. 41 // These are, in fact, the biggest shells I’ve done so far! This piece is unsigned (for now) and can be styled either vertical or horizontal ✨ I imagine her float framed in a natural white oak or white-washed wood frame.

Details // Treasures of the Sea, No. 41. 16x20”, colored pencil + watercolor wash on handmade paper. This piece is available in the studio shop - the link is in my bio to take a closer look at this piece and the full summer collection xx
