@abrar13 has been training with ATHLELAND for over 3 years, and she’s already recognized as one of the region’s top horseback riders. What truly sets Abby apart is her raw, real commitment she shows up no matter her energy, adapts, and brings everything to every session.

Her elite fitness regimen is built by a handpicked team of trainers and physios proof that greatness is never alone. As one of her coach, I know our sessions are 75% focused on pure strength, core, and plyometrics. The result? Performance that shows up where it matters: in the arena.

As we enter a new season, the work gets deeper, the drive gets stronger. Abby’s legacy isn’t luck it’s lived, built, and proven, every week.

One thing’s clear: #JOBNOTDONE.

The journey continues, and so does the growth.
