See in action our DISC KUWAIT team with our international athlete Abrar Al Musallam @abrar13 , ESC showjumper @esckuwait
Not all exercises are equal and for horse riders, your spine & hips are absorbing an increased amount of forces from the horse. It is imperative for your riding performance & postural health that spinal mobility and dynamic stability exercises are programmed in your peformance training program.

Headaches, neck, back, hip and knee pain are common complaints a horse rider may experience throughout their career. This will result from not unwinding the muscles and structures that are compressed from your sport.

To overcome this and improve your performance goals, physiotherapy will help reduce tension and restore alignment of over used muscles and pressures on joints; and then movement therapy is key to learn how to train in these decompressed positions that will carry over into your horse riding.

Our team of physiotherapists, Osteos physiotherapists and movement therapists can help you reach your performance and pain free goals with riding.
