Every journey into fitness has its trigger. For me, it was watching Vitor Belfort dominate in the UFC. Initially, my passion was Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, only training weights primarily for strength and performance. But Belfort's physique sparked my curiosity about bodybuilding, steering me towards Arnold's Bodybuilding Encyclopedia, 'Pumping Iron,' and diving deep into Muscle & Fitness and Muscular Development magazines.

This exploration taught me discipline, regimented routines, and diet - lessons I apply daily in life and business. The G Gym Series celebrates that golden era which left a lasting impression on me, long before Chosen Few existed.
