🏆 Client of the Month: Ayaan 🏆

18 months, 3 photoshoots, and a transformation that’s inspired everyone around him.

Ayan is 22, runs his own dessert shop, and still went from fat to fit. Surrounded by temptation every single day, with a schedule busier than most, he proved that “no time” and “wrong environment” are just excuses.

The reason why he is client of the month is because his consistency inspired his friends and the people who know him to join the programme and make a change in their fitness journey too. That’s real role model.

Appreciate all the work you have put in and excited for this growth phase with you. 💪🏽

Apparently the fat Dad bods are in. 🤷🏾‍♂️ It’s cool I was born to stand out lol! 😎

But for real, my training sets a good example of discipline and consistency my kids will see and learn as normal.

Training has never been about trying to please anybody, the gym was just my thing!

The gym was my thing through school, college at lunchtimes, Uni and work and the motive has never changed. I was never in no beef on road and everyone knew and knows me as “Adrian that goes gym!?” And now more so “bodybuilder Adrian!?”

I don’t go out, don’t smoke, don’t drink, don’t do drugs and don’t go pub. I live a very basic and calm life, thank God.

Peace and showing love to my people are the priority as well as gains. 💪🏾
Society tries to make us a version of ourselves that fits in a box that they determine. So I’m sayin bun dat! I’m a gym man that just loves his family and friends and just wants peace and Gods blessings as that’s the most important thing in life.

So keep ya fat dad bod, I’m being the best ME for ME and my family!❤️👊🏾💪🏾💪🏾
