There’s been an undeniable pull at my heart for months to take a month off.

Social media addiction and laziness have grown strong, and it’s time to cut it off 🙂‍↕️

I wish we all did a detox more frequently so here’s my game plan:

One of the biggest surprises of my life was having baby boys instead of girls.

I had a lot of fears around raising a boy (now two) and have had lots of conversations with my mother in law about raising boys, and lots of conversations with the Queen of Heaven from time to time.

Even though my humanity can never even come close to the perfection of Our Lady, we somehow have this minuscule crossover in raising boys.

And I thank the Lord for her wisdom. by @acatholicconvo

Part 5 already!! Some absolute powerhouses to design a nursery after.

I truly love making these and can’t think of a better way to surround your kiddo with virtue and creativity.

I want to know your favorite and who you want to see next!!

Oh sweet St Joe.

I loved pulling the green and orange from my favorite depictions of Joseph. Since he was a carpenter, I tried to keep lots of natural wood in the design, and had to have an image of what he loves most: his holy family.

Stuffed donkey as a special shoutout to the nativity story and a little reference to The Chosen 🥲

AGH this color way for JPII!!

There are so many directions you can take a room inspired by Pope St John Paul II, but I chose skiing ⛷️

I love this picture of him, and the red shoes inspired the entire vibe.

I love a play on primary colors, and this one was the perfect fit.

So much meaning and intention behind each choice!

Can you find some of the hidden meaning behind these items? I think St Peter has most of them 🫡

These are inspiration boards meant to be used as a creative mood board for a nursery or space in your home that you’d want covered by the story of a saint who loved Jesus.

Look for these items new, at thrift stores, on FB marketplace, in your own home, etc.

This one’s for the boy moms - thanks God for the finds 🙂‍↕️

I go to the thrift store weekly if not twice a week to scout boys clothes for my sons.

One of the most underrated things about parenthood is watching your child start to have favorites and preferences and interests.

It’s a wonderful joy to watch them become themselves 🥹

yes… it’s… Marian themed nurseries!!

Ugh. These make so much sense to me. To cover your baby in the intercession and beauty of our Lady in any of her apparitions would be beautiful.

God Himself was surely covered by her every day and night, and now after 2,000 years, she covers us and our babies too ❤️‍🔥

Here are three different Marian inspired nurseries. Fun fact: my son’s room is Our Lady of Guadalupe themed so you can surely crank up the boy or girl feel to any of these.

Use these as inspiration for any room, for a babe, for yourself. I’d thrift and FB marketplace most of these items - they’re meant to creatively inspire you!
