Saint Monica prayed for her son for 17 years before he came home.

My mom prayed for me for 20+ years.

The rosary in bed. Every morning at church.

5 boring things I do to hear God’s voice more clearly:

1. I sit in silence before I open my phone.Not 30 minutes. Sometimes 3. But His voice can’t compete with 47 notifications.

2. I write down what I hear — even when it doesn’t make sense. Discernment isn’t always instant. But the pen slows me down enough to catch it.

3. I stop asking other people first. Every opinion I collect is another voice I have to sort through later. He goes first now.

4. I go to Adoration when I feel the most scattered. Not when I feel holy. When I feel frantic. That’s when I need Him most.

5. I do the next small obedient thing — even when I want a bigger sign.

Clarity comes in the doing. Not the waiting.
None of this is flashy. All of it is faithful.

I had a client who spent our whole session telling me what she’d researched.😳

What one expert said. What another one said. What she read. What she heard.
