Strengthening, connecting, and catching up in the studio.🤍

Recently, Moses Urbano visited 📍Gdańsk, Poland and spent time at 🌟Powerhouse Pilates, a Gratz-equipped studio owned by Angelika and Cezary Gordon.

Their shared love of Pilates goes beyond the practice itself. From 💡exchanging knowledge and deepening their work to enjoying time together in the studio, these visits are a reminder of the connections that make the Pilates community so special. ☺️

🚗 800 km... to experience hands on?
Absolutely. 💯

Experiencing Moses Urbano’s @access.pilates hands on feels like stepping into Romana Kryzanowska’s legacy through his hands, carrying forward what she passed on to him. Truly unlike anything else. 💙
Thank you, Moses, for sharing your knowledge so generously and for inspiring me to constantly raise the bar ❣️

The journey continues. ✨

The biggest thank you goes to my beloved Pilates mom, Caro @sensopilates , for always being there and lifting my spirit. 🕊️
